Hello,i want to inform everyone about cex.io

I think support from cex.io want to scam me.  4 month they can't to solve my problem. Only  what they say is,wait more, our tech team need more time. Even they ask me that to pay service cost of 50$,i agreed with that amd nothing happen until now. I have all conversations with couple of people from support and believe me THEY DON'T WANT TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM,THEY WANT TO TAKE MY MONEY.

In short case,i sent trc20 usdt to my tron (trx) in cex.io by mistake because my mobile remember copied trx addresse from previous transaction.

This is complitely insane and if someone can help me with this i will be gratefull.

My funds are still in my wallet!!!!

I have all conversations with couple of people from support and believe me THEY DON'T WANT TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM,THEY WANT TO TAKE MY MONEY.

if you have more evidence to provide then you should post it here. complete evidence is necessary if you want people to properly understand your issue. you should also follow the scam report format(quoted below) to properly show your issue. I also suggest contacting their forum representative. he/she might be able to help increase the progress of your case.

I can make screenshots of conversations with support if that can help to understand my problem. One of them said my funds is losted,another say funds are safe and to wait for solving,but after 4 months of transaction absolutely nothing happen. I gave them solution but with support i can't talk about that.

Probably no one can help you except CEX exchange and their support. We only can give you support and draw their attention to your problem.
CEX is his official forum account, I saw they are active in the last 24 hours answering complaints of another user. Now they are mentioned here, I believe he will see this.

Ldogetrader, you made a mistake and sent your coins to the wrong address, which means that the exchange needs to go through a complicated process to get your funds back if at all possible. Most crypto exchanges have made it clear in their TOS that they will not take any action in this case, while others have rules on the value of the transaction - meaning they will not try to save funds if the amount is less than a predetermined amount.

I didn't find anything specific in Cex TOS, other than this:

10.3. The User acknowledges and agrees that he/she is responsible for properly checking and filling in all Transaction’s details during the Deposit or the Withdrawal of Cryptocurrencies or Fiat.
10.4. The User acknowledges and agrees that in case the Transaction details are not specified or incorrectly indicated within the Transaction the User may lose his/her funds.

Their support may be poor (but that's the case with most similar services), but I wouldn't agree with the claim that it's a scam - it's actually your fault and obviously their inability to make it clear whether they can solve an issue or not.

As you said it's already gone 4 months still now good things from their support. Most provably they are unable to do it. Or They are thinking one day you will forget it and don't ask to solve Smiley. For why they are postponed again and again to help you..

since there is a mistake from your end and it's beyond their terms so it's normal that they will refuse to help you. Now you can talk with the man who manage cex official account here. Who know maybe he can solve it faster. Smiley

That's true,i made a mistake,but funds are still in my wallet and i can see it in tron network. They need only to send me back from contract created for this case from their side. You can check that contract from my first post from this tread.

As you can see,different persons says different things. I really want to know how to solve this and to recover my funds.

My funds are in my wallet and i can access to it if they give me private key. That is my opinion.

I don't know what to do,i can't find one normal person from their support and talk to solve my problem.

I watch my funds every day and i can't do anything about it.

9400$ is not small amount and i can't give it to them,they must do something about it.

It is wrong to think that something can be solved in just 3 days, and there is also a weekend in which customer support works with reduced capacity. In your case, it is, as I have already written, a complicated rescue procedure that is a security risk for any crypto exchange. While nothing is completely lost, you still have to accept the fact that from a legal perspective Cex hasn’t done anything wrong (except it probably has poor customer support), and that the same thing would happen to you with any crypto exchange.

Far from advising you to give up, on the contrary - keep putting pressure on them to help you - use their Twitter, FB and Instagram - but above all be patient.

I know everything and i gave them time but 4 months my friend, 4 months... Big problem comes from support,one say one thing,another say something else.
I sent usdt trc20 to my tron address,and that is the same network. My funds are still in my wallet,in the their contact. They can send me funds back,there is option in contract but they don't want to give me an answer at all.

I'm waiting patiently but every day more make me realy nervious. I am their loyal customer and they can't help,they won't help me...
