I mean oil/fat from pork.

I used to actually hate fat and oil alot until I tried those from pork one or two years ago, and i notice it is by far better for my health than the fancy factory oil we used/use in cooking.
From my experience, it works best for me when eaten in empty stomach, especially during fasting. It helps me think more clearly whenever my head get clogged and it increases my energy alittle. I haven't experienced any side effect so far unless maybe when I consumed it too much.
The oil (not the meat) is one of the few things in pork that is important to me. I buy the meat, extract the oil, eat some and store the remaining in the fridge.

*I think it's important to buy those that are well taken care of and fed healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, etc.
Also make sure they are safe for you before consuming, unless maybe you are a believer like me who depends on faith.

The fancy factory oil you use is probably vegetable oil which is 99% of the time crap. The only healthy vegetable oil is olive oil and consumed in moderation, because of the linoleic acid. Also, if you use olive oil for cooking you shouldn't cook for long periods of time as it can lose some of the benefits.

As for oil extracted from pork, I had never heard of it. I have sometimes used lard for cooking, but for pure fats I usually use butter, cream or mascarpone. I do IF and keto. Regarding IF, I prefer to do it pure, without taking anything until I break the fast. I have sometimes tried putting butter or cream in my coffee but I think it works better for me without taking any calories.

I've never heard of pig oil, either. On the other hand, lard (pork fat) is often used in our kitchen. More recently, many studies have shown that pork fat is much healthier than vegetable oils (not including olive oil) as it is a good source of B vitamins and minerals.

Too much of anything is good for nothing which suits completely for oil, it is good for your health as long as the oil is fresh and organic but don't consume too much oil which eill eventually cause damage in your older age like heart related issues.

if you take
human fat(store/weight gain)....       or human glucose(sugar/energy)
C55h104O6                                       C6H12O6

and then take
pork lard
C21H42O5

vegetable fat
C18H32O2

anyone do the math

to turn pork fat into human utilised fat/glucose
requires a 5th of a breath to make ~3 molecules of human carbohydrate from 1 molecule of lard

to turn veg fat into human utilised fat/glucose
requires 3 breaths to make ~8-9 molecules of human carbohydrate

but here is the thing. to attain the oxygen requirement for fat/sugar the body recognises/utilises
pork fat easily breaks down closer to be glucose.. where as veg fat prefers to be nearer to human fat

this means. you can burn off pork fat as energy easier where as veg fat becomes stored human fat

yep a morning bacon butty with lard will give you more morning energy without weight gain. compared to something with veg fat

science and math is great

So called "vegetable oils" are actually seed oils, and are manufactured by a process that is similar to making petrol. I use coconut oil for frying, as it has a higher smoke point than olive oil, and I drizzle good quality cold pressed olive oil on salads.

Animal fats are good for you in moderation, and I enjoy fried fatty bacon.

I have told is when you're in fasting or after your fast, you shouldn't eat something like that. You should go with vegetables and soup instead.

But there really is oil when you extracted it from the pork. CMIIW, it's coming from its belly and you can use that to fry as an alternative to the normal oil we use.

when fasting. your body is not ingesting/consuming glucose(sugars) so it burning off your bodies fat for energy.

if you are a thin person. after fasting you need to replenish your fats, because if you get too thin your body at the next fasting will start burning protein(muscles) into energy

if you are obese. then having sugary stuff but in moderation spread out over the day means your body just uses what you consume and doesnt refill your body fats. meaning you can lose weight

just dont go to excess in both cases. meaning if you skip 2 meals dont then binge eat 5 meals after fasting

I would have gone for olive oil but can't trust the oil once it has gone through factories and man-made processes with dose of synthetic chemicals added to the natural oil. I choose the animal oil I mentioned above because you buy the pork fresh and unprocessed...i just get it cooked(if uncooked) and cut off the good part (the fat) for consumption/storage.

I agree about binge eating when you fast with 2 meals.

I've heard stories that a person after fasting ate hard foods such as pork and it has an effect on his body and did no good. I think it depends on the person but that's what I've heard.

So after fasting, eat light to moderate foods that have those nutrients.
