I found "cryptomineshop.com" ... at first I suspected everything and everything, but I bought it on their website and after I made the payment all right and the order was in processing, I realized that I had made the wrong purchase, from a fan I thought was for the miner but it was for pc, I requested the refund and shortly after they sent me to I wondered if anyone had any experience with their website.

Actually, if they are indeed the company they claim to be, and not just a name picked for the internet the company was really registered in 2016, under a different name but still, that claim might be true.

But anyone can check the registry to see if a company has no website or internet presence and then register a domain with a somewhat similar name and claim they are that company, anyhow it's a £100 ready to go UK company with no real office, we all know how those are.

There is no need to impersonate a company if there is an actual business going on and they claimed they've been at it for years, hence why I'm not buying that claim of theirs (this is including the rebranding possibility). They obviously want to seem legitimate because they aren't. Another thing is, anyone who's serious wouldn't register their website for only a year...

I don't know how you've "Researched" for that platform and still bought at their website but I just wanted to let you know that it is way easier to know which websites to buy miners is by looking at the Mining^[1] section and find  any existing legitimate online websites or just post a thread on that section. Always be careful on buying online especially when the website only offers specific products with credit card as their mode of payment.

Sadly, you are scammed unless you were refunded with full price.

Thank you all for the tips. I just wanted to reiterate that the site described by me in this topic: cryptomineshop.com, is really malicious, I even thought they were sincere because I got my full refund. However, after much insisting on emails asking for evidence of work, office, storefront and so on. they just stopped responding, a little obscure, keep away from them.

Absolutely! Nobody should use such fake resellers especially after members had dug and brought out some false info about them from their website. Whether the refunded you or not, they shouldn't be trusted with money. They could be making a bigger plot to defraud a number of people.

There is one thing I saw from the things you did dude, first is you didn't make a research first about the platform of cryptomineshop. And I never heard of this platform ever. I guess you learned from your mistake and never do the wrong things in which you had made here now. At least, other members will become more aware of this shop mining goods.

I made the payment in crypto, right after my purchase I requested a refund because I had bought it wrong, I think because it was low value they refunded me. If it were higher value, I would actually have lost all my money. And I was convinced after my refund that they would finally be a reliable website, and thanks to you I didn't fall into that scam. I'm going to send the photos of the emails I have, nor on the website is there my request anymore.
