Mourinho will be good for clubs that don't have good results in recent seasons and need to build up their squad with expectation for improved performances.

Clubs like Manchester United, need trophies are not for Mourinho
Clubs have sudden successes like Tottenham are not for Mourinho as their boards and players want to have trophies. Even they are not big clubs and don't have many trophies in the Club Hall of Fame.

Because of those reasons, AC Milan and Inter Milan are not for Mourinho. Juventus is bad too as Mourinho will have serious conflicts with star players in Turin.
I think AS Roma can be a good option for him but will Mourinho want to take a job in Italy again?

From the teams listed there I think Napoli can be his next team.The reason why I believe this is because Napoli president always wanted the best coach for his team and in Italy Napoli has had some of the best coaches.Now that Mourinho is free I think they will try to get him hired.

@yahoo62278 I doubt he’ll retire and he’s only going to sit out the period in which he will continue to earn from Tottenham, because if he accepts a new job quickly then he’ll lose those funds. Also Celtic tried to get him, but so far he’s turned them down, and with Leipzig without a head coach I feel that could be his next destination.

The big surprise for me is Wolves the favorite destination which doesn't make much sense to me. Yes, he is Portuguese and there is of course the undeniable Portuguese presence at Wolverhampton but seriously, how is he going to make the team fit into his tactics? Wolves play fast attacking football and if they have to switch to Mou tactics they don't have the players fitted to that style.

The media attacked him wherever he goes, so I don't think it is the reason not to take a job there.
He wanted to be in EPL because it's the best league, but from the recent performance, I doubt even mid-table team wants to hire him. And his ego won't let him manage small clubs.

He loves Inter, but Conte already at the top, and won't be replaced anytime soon.

Yep, he doesn't fit current Wolves' playing style, but he has a good relationship with Nuno. Who knows? Anyway, if it is going to be EPL, I think Newcastle is more likely since the rumor has started since 2019.

Italian and Spanish clubs do not quite fit the characteristics of the Mourinho strategy pattern IMO. Spurs management should not blame Mourinho and sack him for Spurs' run to fail in various competitions.

This is the same question club board directors/owners will be asking themselves if they have any interest in Mourinho's services, imo, he's been sacked too many times already, that could be an indication they his philosophies are prolly no longer what's expected nor what's adequate in the modern game; Mou is more of a defensive than an offensive manager, though that methodology has worked in the past and he's won quite a lot of trophies with it, but big clubs hardly want to play that way cause they have big players, thus they are expected to dominate most of the games they play, and not to sit back and wait for the counter.

A smaller club would fit Mou based on his philosophies, but then he is a big manager, and a small club isn't at his level/standards, that's the delimma, I'm pretty sure Mou would not return to the EPL for now, the French or Italian league would be a good option, but the question is which (BIG) teams will want him, I can't think of any as of the moment.

It's not an easy way for Mou to find the club that fixed with his philosophies. IMHO a club like Wolves or Atletico Madrid will be a good place for Mourinho. Jose Mourinho is a washed up manager and he is not producing results for years and he was let go by Tottenham and he is not keen building a good partnership with his players either and what surprises me is that there are reports that he is still getting offers and his last stint as a coach was a real disappointment and there are reports that clubs like AS Roma approached him and so does Celtic.

Few years ago I want Mourinho can be a replace for Seedorf in AC Milan. But, if I looking for Mourinho in recent past years, I don't think he can be good for Milan anymore. Even Milan struggling now, Mourinho maybe not a solutions, because his strategy now doesn't want to build solid team from bottom even no star players. See, with Tottenham he failed, with MU also failed after huge amount used for transfer. So, if Milan including for this poll, so I choose no for Milan.

I want to know what if Mourinho returns to Serie A will glory be sure to return to the way it was at Inter Milan in the years before?

I see there is no valid news that he will retire or will rest in a few years or want to remain a coaching, but what is certain is that Mourinho is now different from what he used to be, he actually has to be able to build some solitary players after failures with big teams and times. this is if he knows what to do nothing is certain but coming back to Serie A hopes for a change.

His style isn't suitable to clubs that have much flair (less structure). If we look back at MU and Spurs, these clubs were built on flair and attacking mentality. He won't get the "structured" type in top EPL clubs.

It seems Jose Mourinho has already signed up for some new assignments post the sacking from Tottenham. It seems he will join a sports radio station talkSPORT to be part of their coverage for the upcoming Euros.

Mourinho will participate in a wide range of shows, including the live GameDay programming and traditional breakfast slots. He will also be part of the team for all three of England's group stage matches against Croatia, Scotland and the Czech Republic.

I think it's only for the short term. Many clubs are still interested in him. His age is also young for a coach. His career is still very long. To train the current English team I don't think it's possible. He has moved there, I think he moved to Italy, Germany or returned to Portugal. He has to be the special one again. He has to come back to build himself as a great coach. Because in the last few periods he didn't have many achievements.

Likely just a stop gap until a suitable job comes available. There's not too many jobs available in the current climate. Plus, for those that are speculation whether he's washed up; Only Jose Mourinho could be as successful as he has been, and be labelled as washed up. The thing is, Mourinho suits a club that is a bit nitty, and gritty. Mourinho is known to have lost a few dressing rooms in his time coaching, but that's one of his best assets too. He isn't afraid to rock the apple cart, and some owners will want that. Especially struggling teams. I don't see him going to Wolves, despite the nationality link. The team, and players don't suit his style, and Wolves have been doing well recently, except for maybe this season.

We'll see him in a  big team again. Italy is where I would put my money. As soon as a big team is particularly struggling, I think we'll see him there coaching. Hes too good of a manager to pass up despite the risk of him derailing the season, and upsetting a few players.

I do think that the guy would get a good job because even if he was fired he was paid a huge sum which does mean that they did value him. But as you see there are already jobs for him opening up let me quote something.
