OP, you need to be very careful, as not entirely honest people may offer help. Be careful. Don't trust newbies, people with red tags, accounts that have recently woken up.
The surest decision is to make everything open. Write in this thread, ask how you can take the first step, then, upon understanding, try, but not in large amounts.
If you do not know or understand anything about cryptocurrency, what is the point in having Monero coins in your wallet?
After all, they are needed for something? Without understanding, even when the assistant purchases coin, further actions will be up to you. And you can lose them in the same way.

The easiest and quickest methods aren't always the best. Instant exchanges generally have very high fees. Changelly is an exchange that periodically scams users (selective scammers). They charge unreasonable fees, demand answers regarding the origin of the funds, KYC, etc.

Anyone thinking about doing any business with Changelly should probably take a look at these threads first:
CHANGELLY - Illegal exchanger from RUSSIA with FAKE team
ChangeNow.io (Evercode Lab) - Scam. Illegally holding of 100 BCH (11 bitcoins).

Avoid contacting anymore and also ignore anyone that sent your private messages, all they would do is lead you astray for their own gains, better start off with YouTube, whatever you need to know just type it in YouTube search engine, I like the idea of asking questions before you take a step, most newbies don't do this
