when any merchandise comes to customs they check the tarif code.

this is all what matters.

the shipping method actually does matter and I know what I'm talking about because i have experience shipping Asics to EU countries with zero taxes
I'm not going to disclose anything on public forums about how to avoid taxes but we can speak about it directly with the buyer and if there are any issues with taxes I will split the bill up to 50/50

since s9 asics are in high demand and I'm not in a hurry I will wait for my buyer for the price noted
but offers accepted anyways

i said local US sales
just because someone from china sold it for so low does not mean it is an average market price. and that seller account is now blocked (there are no sold items in profile)
