Is there any site that show what % transaction is the current transactions fees?

Lets imagine at an block of the coin ExampleCoin 200 coins at total were sent from wallets to other wallets. And the amount ExampleCoins used as transaction fees to make all those transactions of those blocks were 1.

The value I want to find is X where X is (100/200) * 1, so 0.5

Is there any site that show the value of X overtime of a coin.

You question is not clear at all. Did you mean a wallet that can automatically estimate the transaction fee? Like taking bitcoin transaction as an example.

Feerate= sat/vbyte

Feerate= fee/vbyte

Fee= feerate/vbyte

Are you asking about a wallet that after the feerate is determined, that can then automatically estimate the fee to be paid? So that the person will be able to know the exact bitcoin to be paid as fee.

If you need an average value for some calculations, then you can get data on Bitcoin and Ethereum commissions on this site
https://cryptofees.info/
Another site with good statistics
https://money-movers.info/
Commissions are set manually by the user, and their cost is constantly changing depending on the loading of the mempool

Here is a graph of the Bitcoin transaction fees relative to the amount being transacted (excluding change amounts) for the last year. Note that the rates are typically quite low -- generally between 0.05% and 0.15%.

I made the graph using transaction fee and estimated transaction volume data from blockchain.com.

Although odolvlobo chart answers your question, this subject is a bit more complicated.

Bitcoin transaction fees have no relation to amount being transacted. If you transfer 30 or 30,000,000 USD the transaction fee is the same.

What you are really paying is the amount of bytes that your transaction occupies in a block, as blocks have a limited space (this is why we have so much discussion about blocksize).

These are the attributes that control transaction size:
  • number of inputs and outputs
  • address format

The transaction size is determined by the number of inputs and outputs your transaction have. If you want, in the same transaction, to transfer some bitcoins to 1 or 30 people, the fees (and size) will be completely different.

The address format also changes transaction size, as legacy address occupy more bytes.

Finally, what you are really setting when choosing your fee is the how much you will pay for each byte you need. This is called feerate and is represented by satoshis/byte (virtual byte, after segwit activation).

For example, fees are now about 20 satoshi/byte to get a confirmation within a few hours, and the lower possible fee is 1 satoshi per byte (you won't get a confirmation in the same week, probably).
