You should move this thread on altcoin discussion since your main topic is not about Bitcoin but rather the DAO project you are asking to check.

Most of the Altcoin already pump double digit in terms of percentage and there still some coin that are at the beginning of breaking out. Entering market right is still good unless the price of Bitcoin is at a major resistance  or at ATH.

If you feel unsafe, do it is right choice. Selling early help you to protect your capital and your profit. Selling too late can cause big losses of your profit or even your capital.

The market is moving and many old projects are good for you to invest. I don't step in shoes of people who want to gamble with new projects. With new projects, you can get much profit but you can lose your capital very quickly.

$129k. Impressive profit but how much your initial capital is? Do you take your capital back as savings? If you already take your original capital from your account balance, you can use that $129k to re-invest. Re invest if you can afford any loss from that $129k.

If you have yet taken your original capital, do it ASAP. When you get profits, your minds can be not fresh and you will more easily to lose money.

The bull market isn't back because the market is still like a bull even though there is a huge dump last few weeks but still I am seeing that as part of the market correction and in the first place, the bitcoin is still in a bull because the price or value of it did not dump for almost $30,000 so it is still high af. For those who sell their bitcoin because they lose hope and they thought that the bitcoin will dump so hard, it's okay because you guys are just playing safe your assets.

I still choose bitcoin than investing in the new project but I will try to invest in some old project because they already have history to analyze the project from time to time. It is hard to find a new project because almost all new projects seem similar, making us confuse to select the project. If you want to invest in that project, you should research to find if that project is good and can survive and compete with the other coins or not.

You don't need to be over happy about a new project. Most new projects are like that, they are just the same. They have good idea and technology on white paper but in reality, the market pressure don't allow them to have their way. There are different products and very good ones and no need to go look for new projects. Which projects can be abandoned for bitcoin? Is the question?

If you just buy bitcoin and hold it, it will be recommended because bitcoin can increase anytime. If you check on how bitcoin price moves, you will see that you can buy low and sell high and profit.

You have a lot of money at the start. I am sure you can buy 2.5 btc at the current price, and you can use only 0.5 btc to trade and make a profit. Or you can hold all of that bitcoin in your wallet. And you can only wait for the price to reach more than $100k or your target price.

It's not necessarily a mistake because at least you have crystallized your gains, well done if you really did make $129k. Now would be a good opportunity to take a chunk of that and diversify some into the stock market - lower gains, but usually a lot less volatile. Stick some into index funds that track the markets and you instantly have less risk in your investment portfolio (unless you have other ideas for that money in the next 5 years). Chasing whatever "KOLs" are saying is a dangerous game as most of the time they act like sheep and live in an echo chamber - one of them says something and it is less work to copy that opinion than come up with proper ideas. Unless you can identify a good reason that "Shield DAO" will have a reason to grow big, don't just follow what others are saying is good.

I've been hearing people make reference to the bullrun of 2017 and the goodies it brought which a lot of persons presumably missed and I'm sure quite a few more people missed this one. Well, I wasn't really into crypto at that time so, I can't say but then selling just because the market seems to be falling isn't always the best idea. Its always going to rise at some point, we all know that so, why not just hold for a few more days, weeks or months.

Experience has thought me that, mainly hodlers are the once that make the most of the market activities. Reason being that, they aren't scared to loose and as such, when its time for the risk to pay off, they benefit more as well.

On the other hand, can we exactly say the bullrun has started? Its just a few days of activities yet and again @OP, $129k seems like a lot of profit, you did great.

I doubted your thoughts.  You have made $ 129k on the evidence but are pessimistic in a trend where 70% know it will rebound, the market moves up / down naturally, similar to an elastic band.  compression and elasticity.  I believe in your DYOR and hope you will continue to make good use of your profits.

That's cool ! You were actually able to make a lot more that one can bargain for in bitcoin market. At the same time I do think that you should have waited at least for few months to see how the market is going to move. If you did make that much I do think it would be good to hold that profit for the long term in the market.
It makes sense .. if the bearish trend takes the market value so down , like literally 10k$ down ! Soon enough there will be people running after to invest. Not only people but companies since most of them do not want to make mistakes again. At the same time tesla did sell off but am preety sure they are waiting in the line to buy again or they might have already brought a bunch of bitcoins and did not tell the people about it. It's not just Tesla but rather many more companies have invested in the market and they are waiting for bitcoins to go even bigger.

I think this is a bull trap. And we will go back down. In order for Bitcoin to move further, it needs to remove the triple deviation on the daily chart, which is very difficult and so far it seems that this is a false attempt that will not be crowned with success.

This rally is very strange however. It’s different from the other rallies. Most of the other rallies into ATH lead to high funding rates. Funding is completely flat right now which is strange.

So it seems most of this rally is with spot buying instead of derivatives which is a good sign. Means there is some huge buyer on coin base and with earnings coming up might lead to a similar rally like we had a few months back.
