Bitcoin not yet at $100k, why?

Couldn't we just be contented with the current price and be happy if it continues to grow?

You need to be patient, bitcoin is not going to move according to some schedule just because you want it, bitcoin is going to move at whatever speed that it can, I'm not worried about this and I don't think anyone should be worried about this, we are going to eventually see that price the only question is if you're going to be here when that happens, you need to be very careful because the whales are going to try to do everything they can to scare you away so you sell their coins to them and once you believe bitcoin is not going to reach that price that is exactly when it will happen.

You sound real practical but not most other people are. If you notice most of the people are always in rush toward profit making and that is the reason they are all get stuck at some point of time even with the bitcoin markets; either they sell earlier or will fail to catch ATH to book profits. Honestly patience matters.

Right now it seems bitcoin market is looking for some external help in terms of to triggering it. Or else we can assume like most investors are busy in altcoin pumps as we are witnessing dogecoins and ethereum are into extreme bullish mode which might have made investors/traders focus on them rather than getting engaged in bitcoin trading.

It seems that you are right, however there is a lot of money in the market and while during the past years the people behind that money were not convinced enough to try their luck with altcoins the strong growth that we have seen during the last year has created confidence once again and now people are speculating with the price of altcoins, however once they feel a little bit insecure about the future of altcoins all of that money will come back to bitcoin and that is when we are going to see the price of bitcoin growing up significantly again.

It is a prediction, nothing wrong with a prediction. As it is a prediction, which means can be true or wrong, can be reached or failed. It is not a must to follow it, if you have your own prediction, you can trust yours. What we must take from that prediction is about the potential increase to go $100K. It is a message of a massive pump on Bitcoin price in this season.

Price is still hesitating, still in consolidation and Im not sure we have established the bottom price on daily and weekly perspectives.    We are still revolving around the 50 day average which if price action was strong would not mean for us to wait for so long.

Its above all the moving averages it failed prior but I'll ignore that and say 57340 is the level to keep its head above water and stay positive going forward medium term.  This is roughly the level first seen as the peak of Feb and its been significant since then also, I believe its a more important marker now of progress to judge price strength on.  Thats my perspective for the weekend into Monday open which is arguably the most important day to trade and decide direction on.   BTC is distracted by these foreground questions and cannot progress till answered.

Also, why not appreciate that bitcoin is over 55k again? A lot where being negative when btc went down below 50k assuming that btc was on the brink of going down more. But fortunately, it bounces and now we are again at 57 level. It goes to show that the support this time is different as compared from the previous years. Large institutions are into crypto and more companies are adding crypto in their payment system. So even if we are not yet in the 100k level, just be happy that the 55k+ level is being sustained, which has not been seen in btc's history.

Only time will tell, and letting bitcoin move as it is is a good choice, we should be thankful that bitcoin has increased very significantly in just a few months and now bitcoin price is holding up to 50K which I think is still a good price.
Bitcoin price is estimated to only potentially reach $ 100 thousand this year, and this year isn't over yet, so better be patient and hold on to your bitcoins or take advantage of the moment when there is a drop in bitcoin price to buy it.

There's no assurance that the price would come to target, because volatility still exists. Hype only goes with the trend, so we need to take precautions everytime market drops consistently. Though we passed through challenges, that doesn't mean we're going to be too confident even though positive news tries to motivate us. Speculations helped us but we needed to be careful in times of crucial situations of market movement.

Right, we have been praying for this prices back when it was still around 5k USD and now we are here, just enjoy the time that we are at this point in the market because we may never see it again because the price won't ever go down that point anymore and we will be nostalgic of this times. Like what the quote above says, let's just wait it out and it will arrive there whenever we least expect it.

I would say so. But we have to wait for a while. For sure, I’ve been waiting for that for a long time! Bitcoin finally showed some movement today $58k, yet it's struggling to break this level. Bitcoin is trading between $56k~$58k, we are still Q2 so I’m not stop buying! Market is good right now, and $80k is coming!

You just make yourself stressed if you are thinking that every prediction will have to happen.
If that we ask why it still not reached $100k, only Bitcoin could answer that. Because if that only happens that we are in control of the market price, it surely the price of Bitcoin is already there. But we are not, and nobody does.

I don't think it is bothering for us to see that the price of Bitcoin still below $70k even the demand is already high and many companies are adopting now. And this simply means that everything on crypto is not purely manipulated and the moment isn't yet to arrived. So we just be patient.

Hmm this tells me that you have no info regarding Bitcoin or it's trend or how and when it suppose to go up a lot because last 2 previous bull run of BItcoin has hit the highest price in December so have a little patience and let's see what happens in December.

Yeah, last 2 bull runs ended by December month hence we are also predicting the same for the current bull run as well. I am not seeing any change into that like most probably the current bull run will persist till December of this year. But, I am expecting $100k to happen by this May month or at least in June 2nd week itself. Yeah, there are lots of chances to get BTC prices double in next 4 to 6 weeks.

We are at the beginning of FOMO phase which may get intensified at time soon. This must be the only thing that I am considering right now which will be more than enough to take bitcoin toward $110k to $120k in coming weeks.

Speculation is speculation don't accept it or mistake it as a fact, the meaning of speculation is

the forming of a theory or conjecture without firm evidence.

so there is no firm evidence that something is going to happen when we use the word speculation, we are in a very speculative market, where things can't happen when we want it to happen, $100k is still possible given that we are still 7 months to go before the end of the year.

Bitcoin can't reach 100,000$ at once. It will need time and probably a lot of correction before reaching this milestone. I think we may see bitcoin above 100,000$ by the end of the year. Bitcoin is facing a key resistance above 60K and it fails to stay above 60K level for longer period of time.

If you look at the current movement of Bitcoin, slowly rising and trying to get past the resistance price of $ 60k, that shows a positive trend.
And I agree that the price of $ 100k, Bitcoin can reach gradually and cannot be achieved instantly. So we do need patience as Bitcoin holders,
we must remember Bitcoin is the best performing asset this year. So don't ever doubt Bitcoin. I'm still optimistic Bitcoin can hit the price of
$ 100k this year.

100K is not the destination for this year bull cycle. I am hopeful that we may go beyond 250K but for sure the first target should be 100,000$.
Everyone is waiting when bitcoin reaches this target and then there will be another type of fomo and everyone person and their grandpa will be rushing to buy the bitcoin.

 Bitcoin can reach gradually and cannot be achieved instantly. So we do need patience as Bitcoin holders,

Bitcoin gradually rising and there's no instant huge rise even before since before that happen we need trillions of dollars demand to see that quick price jump happenings, but we can expect gradual growth since this is normal movement of the market but also its not good to look always about pump since in reality there's no way this things happen, we will go series of dumps before achieving the target goal so scalp it to earn more before bitcoin goes to $100,000. Don't know if this one can be achieve this year but lets think positive that it will happen.
