What do you mean by "Minus Prices"? you mean Buying USDT in lower Value than exchange? is this what you mean?

If does then why would people sell their USDT to you when they can just sell those in Exchange?

Bud, he posted this for people who are living in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As far as I know there are no crypto exchanges in Saudi Arabia. Moreover its not legal in Saudi to trade crypto. Thats the reason why op posted this message here in bitcointalk.

The price of USD against SAR is always fixed in 3.75 but people sell it at average 3.95 so by minus prices i mean the price below the average not below 3.75 but if someone willingly sell to me below 3.75 i would be very happy to deal with him, so anyway if you in any chance willing to sell your usdt f2f in Jeddah or knows anyone who can do so it would be very helpful for me , anyway thanks for the response
