Newbie to Bitcoin stuck with broadcast transaction

Hello. I am super new. I have a COLDCARD wallet and downloaded Electrum on my desktop. I moved a very small amount of BTC from my Shakepay account through Electrum to my COLDCARD offline Micro SD.  I was doing it to test that I could figure it out without risking more.  I managed to get it signed and transferred back to Electrum to Broadcast.  When I went to Broadcast the FINAL file I got the error message that "mem pool min fee not met". I expect this is because the amount was so small (.35mBTC).

So now Electrum shows it on the Send tab Status UNPAID.  Now what?

Can I transfer it back to an unsigned state and then add more mBTC to the balance somehow...or transfer it back to Shakepay...or...??

I would appreciate some assistance or articles to read to help educate me.

Just create another transaction with a larger fee rate. The current minimum mempool fee is at least 2sat/vbyte.

The transaction wasn't broadcasted because it didn't meet the minimum mempool fee rates. This means that nothing actually changed on the network level so you should be able to create a new transaction on your online Electrum.

Check the 'History' tab if it was saved as a local transaction (with blue computer icon and "local" txt),
if not, follow ranochigo's reply.
if there is, remove the local transaction first to be able to use the inputs that it used, those are basically 'locked' by the wallet until you remove it.

Under History I have a transaction of .25 and .1 totalling .34. Both have green checkmarks....

Those are confirmed transactions.
You can just create a new one as instructed by ranochigo, you can also delete the unpaid invoice (send queue) in the 'send' tab if you need to tidy things up.

prefer "Mempool" but it's tricky if you don't have a reference on the mempools' previous state.
Because it may increase or decrease suddenly before the next block got mined.

For the best result, you can select "1MB from tip" and manually edit it higher or lower in the advanced preview depending on your preference.

For the other options:

• Static is just pre-selected values from lowest to highest. Use this if you need to set a specific fee rate without opening the advance preview.
• ETA is based from the server's estimates which is usually higher than the required value. Use this if you need accuracy and if the occasional high suggested fee doesn't bother you.

It's normal because your coins were never moved from your "first address". The transaction was rejected because you tried to send it with a network fee lower than what was required to get into the mempool at the time when you attempted to broadcast it.

I would suggest you don't view your balance through the addresses tab and do it through the coins tab instead. It's much clearer because it only shows funded addresses. The addresses tab shows 30 addresses by default (20 receiving and 10 change addresses).

The coins tab isn't enabled by default. To enable it, open your Electrum client, click on View, and show coins.
