1.It could lead to mental health problem of the victim.
2. It could cause hormal imbalance on the child.
3. It could cause suicidal thoughts
4. It could create fear and anxiety in the mind of the victim.
5. It could instigate behavioural disorder on the victim.
Ways of Prevention Prepubescent Children from Being Abused.
1. Proper monitoring of children
2. By building the confidence of children psychologically.
3. Parents should always make themselves available for their children.
4. Parents should create good report with their children.
5. Parents should observe any behavioral change in their children.

You are actually confusing pedophilia and pederasty. A pedophile is someone who is attracted to children but may not try to initiate any sexual contact with them due to possible pangs of conscience. In other words, all pederasts are pedophiles but not all pedophiles are pederasts. At least in theory this is the case.

Let me just correct you a little pedophile aren't just men it also goes for women it is just a bit unfair when you put it that way.
It just shows how unfair it is for men while women are asking to be treated equal but at some point only men got the negative side of it?
Just like how girls call a man pervert when they got catcalled while other women are also doing it to some men?
I know this thread is about pedo but my answer is much more about gender equality since I just want to clarify that not all pedo are men there are also some women and men could also be a victim of it,

I agree with you that we should always look at equality but it today's society its just not accepted. A pedo man harming a girl is much worse for many people than a pedo woman hurting a boy. Especially with the teacher debate where 30-40 year old female teachers are having a relationship with their minor make students. The punishment seem to be less severe and the public outcry is not as big as of girls are hurt.

I know but the way OP puts it that way is like stating that all pedo are men.
I know that it is worse when the pedo is man but admit it or not we know that their victim would still be a kid and no matter what gender it is it would still create a traumatic experience for the kid.
So there should also be a gender equality specially if they commit a crime.

Just like you, I also have young children, every day as parents, of course, there is a sense of worry about the safety of children when playing outside, our supervision as parents is very important to protect children from the dangers of 'pedophile animals'.
