It's the only buzzword that being used by NEO shillers in the past to promoting this project. Most of the new Chinese projects are going back again to the ethereum platform and almost all of the projects that built in the NEO platforms almost died. There's no successful project in NEO. I don't know why people are still putting their belief in this project while they have a bunch of better platforms than NEO like ethereum BSC, DOT, and many more. That sounds very strange for me to see this coin to achieved new ATH
