Hello guys,

I'm new to cryptocurrency world. I've purchased some BTC and sent it to my bitcoin wallet Electrum. I've made 1 transaction successfully and now trying to do another with approximatelyhttp:// the same amount but i get "The server returned an error when broadcasting the transaction. "

I've tried changing fee rate to everything and changing servers. No avail. What am i doing wrong?

Your denominations. 1mBTC = 0.001BTC. You're sending less Bitcoins than the dust value which is about 546 Satoshis.

Go to your preferences and you can change it to BTC for a better clarity.

There is no way you can send 0.00059 mBTC worth $0.03, and current transactions fees are around 20 sat/vB that is around $1.
You need to have more coins before sending them and you should check out mempool before and adjust fee manually if you want to save on fees.

Whenever you send a transaction you want to make sure that the transaction fee you're paying isn't greater than or takes a large percentage of the amount you're sending.

If you want to send very tiny amounts then lowering the transaction fee is not efficient, as it'll still make up a significant fraction of the transaction. In that case you might want to look at opening a Lightning Network channel to send it from instead, which does handle such small values well.

That wouldn't help OP because he still needs to make an on-chain transaction to open the channel, and a second one to close the channel. Plus the fees he would have to pay to move the coins over the LN network. Using LN, he would be paying two on-chain transactions instead of just one, and he owns $0.03 worth of dust.

Guys.. OP probably meant to send the funds in BTC instead of mBTC, hence why the reply to my post.

Sending 59 satoshis to anyone is completely absurd, Bitcoin isn't worth millions of dollars. I'm sure this topic is solved and no further discussion would be required.
