From your story, you are the only stupid because did you think they just can easily recover your account when you don't have access to the email. If they can do that, there will be so much people who claiming other people account just based:
"Hey I want to recover the account, this is my email"

LOL, is part of the security If you lost the email then is your problem not them even the balance still on stake or primedice the balance still to that account they do not claim, moving or take it the fund.

Even if the email changed, they can ask you a number if questions to verify its you ( IP, which device you login with, last deposit with screenshot of wallet, and so on).

I once had to go through this myself, answered all questions and after 1 or 2 days could access my account again.

You can email them from different email address. There are other ways to prove you're the owner of an account. Example: A signed message from one of the BTC addresses you have deposited from. So just contact them and don't call it a scam without trying.

And as you can see, I'm not affiliated with primedice and stake in any way, but they worked hard to build up a good and trusted online casino. It's not fair to falsely accuse them every single time again. Just follow their directions, contact their support by email and see what steps you (or your friend) have/has to take to recover that account.

As s0lidus said you can say them that you can alternatively prove that you are the owner of the account in case if you don’t have the access to your email id. If possible the best will be the signed message only. Ask them for this and let us know what response you got from them regarding this.

Imagine how other users can easily exploit this reputable site if your demands will easily taking care of and they don't do a verification on your personal account. So best you should remember your email used and give do what they require you since you will never get any problem if you can contact them by the mail you used upon registration.

I don't know what to cringe at, and it's the effort that you put in but has a lot of errors (in the post) or the effort that his friend forgot his email address and password. I don't know how he even got registered if he can't open his email on it. It's just that crazy to think about. I don't know.

To prevent this kind of happenings, I think it's best to have your password manager remember all the passwords and have security by having different passwords in your account.

If you are worried about being hacked, then add another layer of security, 2FA.

Your account is your own responsibility, once you lost the email linked to the account then high possibility you wont be able to get your account back unless you can prove the ownership of the account. i refuse to believe someone who forgets the password of email/primedice when he has supposedly more then 100k usd, can do stuff like signed message etc. OP has definitely not given the full story

In the first place, your friend already said that he forgot the email used in that account in which is the only way to recover it. Primedice didn't scam you hence it is your friend's fault why we can't access his account again, his 2.7btc is still there and I think primedice won't touch it unless they deactivate some accounts that are not logged in for a long time. I've known primedice since I learned about crypto gambling way back 2016 and that was also the first platform I played, if they really scam their users then I don't think they would last until now.

Follow the process what Primedice support team told you to recover your account, since you lost access to your emial you have to verify you are the actual owner of the account for that some investigations maybe needed which may take much longer time but surely you will get your account along with whatever balance left in there.
