If deflation happens, that means that the value of currency is going to go down which means that it has less power for purchasing. You are right that we have to save and I implore that you should invest in bitcoin or other cryptocurrency so you can curtail the economic damage of inflation or deflation.

I don't think I am really prepared yet. My plan is to keep saving more money in crypto currencies in the next few weeks, on top of that I am stocking up on food and other things in my basement if it gets really bad. The crash is definitely coming.

How the government Will maintance situation Under the Control like in crisis many people Will Go attack shops or others just to get food.

I guess by Deflation here you mean an economy shrinks or gets minus growth rate, rather the Currency Supply Deflation which is typically a feature of true cryptocurrency.
Well, as long as it does not cause harm to the people/society. I think it's better to just focus more on healthy growth of an economy which should be good/beneficial to consumers/society rather than unhealthy growth filled with bad/harmful products and services.

Well it is hard to be ready when we are already having a hard time right now,
I mean maybe not for most of us who are earning in crypto but for those who are non crypto earner.
I think some of us who are earning in crypto wouldn't have much problem about it but for those who are already struggling I hope that they could manage it.

I have no debts, and I increased my credit card limit recently. I pay that off in full every month. I think I am pretty well prepared, and I am converting my van into a mobile home suitable for full time living. I want to be able to stay in healthy parts of the country if there is some civil unrest.

Its already happening and had been kickstarted by Covid Virus since 2020. Deflation and unemployment as a result of the virus and every corner of the world can't escape this. 2023 is possible because the economy isn't going to be built in a day that its going to come back up again. For all, we know covid will still be around even in 2023.

You don't really need to be an economist here to see what is going on. You just have to look at the price of meat or bread and compare how much it cost a year ago. The main cause is money printing.

Gold is not accepted in shops but gold is the most easy asset to liquidate when everything is in chaotic condition so you can buy whatever you want.

Stable coins, you are again going to give the access of your funds to someone centralized?

Still you need to go out to buy meat and the petrol unless you got container and cold storage to live for months.
