hello guys,
yesterday I try to login in my Coinbene account, my user and password are correct but I can't login, so I try to reset password, wait mail and sms that they show have sent, to change password, nothing happend.
Today I try again, same story, so I open a ticket to support, no one respond.
so I'm looking for some luck on the official Coinbene telegram channel and some accounts ccontacted me in private, telling me they were from the support, name and logo matched, obv was fake profiles.

Is that the telegram? Do you receive a message from someone pretending to be a coinbene support or admin?

Look at their message it's the same as what I encounter on telegram days ago they are fake support and admin until you are convinced to send BTC or send private keys or seed phrase. There are lots of scammers on telegram be careful they are pretending to be a support or admin.

I suggest you only contact them using this email support support@coinbene.com and wait for their response than answering those fake admin/support in telegram.

I suggest you only contact them using this email support support@coinbene.com and wait for their response than answering those fake admin/support in telegram.
This is always advisable when contacting the support team, always heads up on their email address, not by their telegram admin.  You can send your ticket and patiently wait.

Did you know that telegram can be faked?  Or might the telegram admin itself wanted to scam you and it might selectively be scamming users those who will fool them?  If you don't have a big amount there, it's better for you to leave that exchange and find a better one.  I don't even familiar with this exchange and I just now heard even though they are registered in 2017.

OP, i hope you aren't too dumb to believe with that person on telegram. Why the heck he asked your private keys? Even an admin on every exchange won't ask us for that, since it's our money.
She also asked you for pay them 0.02 to solve this problem? What the hell? That person clearly isn't a representative of Coinbene

How did you even know that it is the official Coinbene Telegram channel? By double-checking that it is really the one, what do you mean? Did you get it from their site? Are you referring to this one: https://t.me/CB_coinbene? I think their official Telegram channel is not in service anymore. I'm not sure if they have a new one, though.

Anyway, never ever give your private keys to anybody. I guess you just have to disregard their Telegram and stick to their official site and email address.

I hope this is not a modus coming from their staff.

If the conversation is still there, let's do the double checking again op.

1. Make sure you're in the right group which is https://t.me/CB_coinbene (can be found in their website if you scroll all the way down)

2. Find the admin who you suspect contacted you and make sure they have the 'admin' sign next to their name otherwise they're fake (check for an example).
-if you have telegram for mobile, searching would be easier as the app allows you to filter messages sent by a certain user (tutorial). There's also a search bar in telegram web but I don't think it allows you to search for a certain user's messages.

3. Go to their profile and select the message symbol, and if you get the exact same convo, it means they are the same person, if not, someone was trying to impersonate the admins to scam users.

the telegram channel was taken from their official website, so https://t.me/CB_coinbene and the administrators who contact me from the channel are the same administrators who manage the channel, they contact me after I ask support in general chat... by the way yes, the private contact that I received may not be the official admins and I would never pay 0.02 BTC to reset the password or give my private address to someone.
In any case, I also contacted support by email first and I'm still waiting.
I had some MOACs and USDTs on this exchange, which I had exchanged for some shitcoins that I had mined a long time ago.
It is not my primary exchange and it never will be, beyond what happened, it doesn't give me much confidence.
I wrote this post just to warn other unlucky

on trustpilot the reviews are not good
