At present, the most commonly used Bitcoin may be transactions on the dark web. For most of us, Bitcoin has no practical application. But what we can find from this is that the relative liquidity of Bitcoin is very large. You have to choose to buy or sell Bitcoin, and only you can decide. The total amount of Bitcoin is constant. Buying Bitcoin is still relatively early, and there is still a lot of room for growth. I guess people were thinking same when bitcoin was 100$, 1000$, 10000$. Nobody knows the future, people bought stocks for their kids and now there kids are enjoying those high valued stocks. I think bitcoin is a good investment for my kids thats why I am buying it, those who don't like it should go and buy stocks, gold or other stuff.

Just leave your private key with them and you are all good. Bitcoin is a good investment for your kids as long as you don't bring them with you when you die. If you forgot to give your private keys to the kids, it's all gone.

Leaving the private key to the kids need to be done through some legal service after the person's death. Because, if the private keys were provided earlier, sometimes the kids will take control of the funds and leave the parents without giving care. The kids of this generation are highly adoptive to technology and has the ability to grasp things very easily.

There is no better investment long-term than bitcoin. Bitcoin is the same bitcoin that was valued at a fraction of a cent each a little over a decade ago... when considering it now, why is it valued sooooo much higher? because it has been adopted by more people... but still relatively speaking, a very small percentage of the world population knows about crypto. A fraction of one percent.

So the question to ask in terms of whether bitcoin is a good investment or not, is this: do we think it's going to be known by more people or less people as time goes on?

There is nothing better that you can do for your kids in the long term than to invest for them in bitcoin.

Well it's always the basic point made of "Don't invest more than you can afford to lose"
It's ever so likely that the price will be higher some time in the future, but there's no guarantees of when.
Then the question becomes, when in the future will they want or need to spend it?

I did this many years ago when BTC was around $60-$80 (and I was broke) but now my kids 1 BTC is each worth around 500 times that.
I have had them make comment about selling it before, but I've always said, and continue to say, they should wait.

Alas, however, it is quite unlikely to expect another 500 times price rise.

If you want to buy BTC for the future, still try and buy it at a dip, so that the future value is a greater multiplier of when you got it.
BTC history has always shown peaks and dips, though that history is quite different to today, due to now being probably the highest level of institutional involvement in BTC so far.
I'd suggest that the more institutional involvement there is, the more stable the price will become.

So bottom line, in my opinion, we are still in the throws of large % price changes, so those large %'s can be much higher than most other passive long term investment, so it still looks like a bright future even 5 or 10 years down the track.
Just don't blow it by investing more than you can afford for them in the future, make sure they're still ok until then.

BTC future was predicted to reach $200k and that target can be only achieved when the price crosses the barrier of $100k. Currently, BTC is in unstable position and it can not be trusted.

$200k is quite euphoric price on the current price. I wonder if the price will still reach $100K considering how much Bitcoin received when it peaks at 60K while there is a lot of institutional investors already have position on it. The best chance for crypto to reach that legendary milestone was when billionaires start surging in and not one Billionaire(Elon) is playing and manipulating the crypto market.

If that is the case then I need to study the market closely and see which I can invest with and probably just wait for many years maybe 10 years and see how the coin will fare. I just want to be sure that my passwords are all right and I will be able to track them with my cellphone (if there would be apps that can save the data). Right now I am in  some sort of window shopping right now. And here are my choices; BTT, TRX, Cardano, and Siacoin. Which of these do you think would be the best investment that can wait for a long time?

HODLing has some benefits like this also. We are not holding some Bitcoins just for our future, it is for our kids also. Who would say no to the possibility of seeing their kids having a strong financial condition?

When BTC reaches $30,000, buy some so that in about 10 years we will know how profitable it is and will ensure your profits are more stable.

It won't take that much years to see how much bitcoin would be worth for retirement. But in less than 10 years, starting today, we're going to see how much gain someone who holds 1 bitcoin by that time.

Even in bearish times, bitcoin is already profitable. It's all up to you how you look to the current market but each market is profitable if it's for bitcoin.

Future of btc is bright ,because go beck some years and than see the hype of bitcoin you can predact easy .No need to see current market situation , because old and big traders know very well about bitcoin they know current situation .If you go 3 or 4 yesrs ago the situation of market wat exactly same like this.So bitcoin reinvestment will be good future for kids , because of many companies taking interest in bitcoin.

It depends on your profile investment, if you think bitcoin is too risky and isn't match with your profile investment then you should choose another investment.

But for me, i go all in on this investment because i know everything about what i invested in, so even tough the price not fulfill my expectation i'm okay about that because it's my own decision.

Always make sure to buy coins that have high trust from the community, I usually see them in coinmarketcap. there you can choose the top 10 to 30 coins usually have good potential for the future. Try not to invest in new projects, because it has the potential of a scam, teach children the basics of investing.

There's nothing wrong, especially if you have more money, of course it's a good opportunity to invest in bitcoin which even though it fluctuates but for the long term.. I'm sure it won't be in vain.
