You have usdt right?  So you can exchange from different loyal exchange like binance, kucoin and hotbit too then you may ignore scammer but if you have problem fir exchanging fees then you can exchange usdt to ltc from bestchange.com

He can't. Because as said, he needs some gas or small amount of Ethereum to transfer it which what he's looking for to deal with someone in here.

This post was made a few days ago and if OP is still in the condition of looking for someone to trade, it's difficult for him to find the counterpart that would do the favor for him.

What you should do is to convert it to LTC which you needed maybe you could leave for some increase then before making withdrawal.
