Some exchange apps or trading terminals display Line 1, Line 2, Line 3 right next to the orderbook or below it. Line 1 or 2  are followed by figures which I believe are Microseconds (ms) Like shown in the screenshot



Do anyone know the significance of those microseconds?

I'm guessing that what's being displayed there is your latency. Pretty much no different than your "ping" in online games. The lower the latency, the faster your clicks and keystrokes register(in terms of manual non-script trading and with online games), and the faster your trades can execute and the faster your exchange offers get listed.

This might not be a big deal for you, but for people that run bots, microseconds determine if your trade gets executed faster than other trading bots; which can be a deciding factor on who manages to take advantage of a certain trade.
