Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

I googled and found some information    - its like “Vuuzle coins”. One media company Vuuzle Media create their token and it can be exchanged on a “1 for 1 basis,” meaning one share of Vuuzle is equal to one “VUCO” security token.
