You need to open a thread about him in the "Scam Accusations" section. Attach all the proofs that you have, because you can't just say "he is a scammer".

You got scammer by a newbie account that has only one post? How careless of you.

Always use escrow in such deals and please your scam accusation has no necessary proof to show that you were scammed. Add more details like the transaction ID and screenshots of your chat with the scammer.
