It's a complete waste of time mate, to mine dogecoin you need ASIC miners old or new is fine if you have free electricity, gone are the days where you can do CPU mining and earn some dogecoin

You can buy the antminer l3+

It uses about 800 watts and does about 4 usd in ltc along with 13 usd in doge

So 17 usd a day for right now.

They are very costly look for one on Ebay

I just remember that I have some dogecoin on EOBOT website but unfortunately the website is already closed, can't withdraw my EOBOT now that dogecoin is huge, LMAO 😂😂😂

The second bad news is I have some dogecoin In freewallet but can't login to the wallet again for unknown reasons, mehn I've learned the hardest way in crypto space, centralised wallets are red flags 🤣

CPU can mine dogecoin but you won't earn anything doing so that's where ASIC miners triumph out, higher difficulty is the reason behind all this, if dogecoin mining is going to be possible on CPU ever again then ASICS are to be blocked out, that's never going to happen anyways

HAHAHA this is awesome.

Its 2021 and doge coin was released in 2013 my man.

Doge coin has never been able to be mined with a CPU.  LTC was the dominate and first scrypt coin and by then GPUs were just about obsolete on it.  Ive a zeus thunder siting on the shelf taking up a lot of space and that mofo did 30mhs for like 1000 odd watts lol.

You can mine scraps of doge with the L3+ but you should have bought them before the end of the last year where I saw them going for $300 Australian dollars, I almost contemplated selling mine not too long ago, now I see em seeing them on ebay go for 2k lol.

So I turned them all on for a bit and then might offload them with DOGE COIN miner in the description lol

Yes its true that Dogecoin was NEVER mined with CPUs. There was a short period when Scrypt was introduced (Litecoin algo) and it was CPU only at first. However GPUs quickly came into the game shortly after. Then the ASICs came and bye bye GPU mining.

There is actually a rumor, no idea if its true. Read it somewhere on the Litecoin reddit. But apparently they say that some LTC developers had a secret GPU miner software while only releasing a CPU version. So many suspect that some LTC devs mined Litecoin at a huge advantage. This is pure speculation and no idea if its true, way before my time in crypto. Maybe some old timer can confirm or deny these allegations.

If you have any mid powerful CPU laying around in your basement or where ever start mining verus coin right now, it's bit profitable for CPUs and there is chances for growth in coming weeks, I think it will worth the effort

forum member kano has said that the ltc developer put out scrypt for cpu only but that he had the ability to mine it with gpus.

If I recall correctly kano gave a link and when I read it is looks to be true.

Ltc-Doge may have not had the best start in life but they are well backed with asics.

they are very secure.

Ltc makes 2x the blocks that btc makes in a day
doge makes 10x the blocks that btc makes in a day

ltc is basically an improved version of btc it is anti inflationary same as btc.

doge is not as inflationary as the dollar is it has a controlled shrinking inflation.

by this 100000 coins in ten minutes or 600000 coins in an hour.

but over time the percent of inflation  that represents  shrinks.

ie at time of 1 hour in the beginning 100000 coins
1 hour = 100000
2 hour = 200000.  that is huge inflation 100%
10 hour = 1,000,000
11 hour = 1,100,000 that is smaller 10%

100 hour = 10,000,000
101 hour = 10,100,000 that is smaller 1%

1000 hour.= 1,000,000,000
1001 hour = 1,000,100,000 that is smaller .1% hourly rate.

10000 hour = 10,000,000,000
10001 hour = 10,000,100,000  this is smaller a 0.01% hourly rate

that is about the first year.

there are over 120,000,000,000 doge

so 100000 doge is now 100,000/120,000,000,000 the hourly rate is now very small
