using two different cards on debian

Hey guys,

I'm playing with teamred miner with an RX570 and RX550.
The problem is: the cards alone are working well (expected 20 KH/s in chuckwa2 at 570 and 6KH/s in 550). But when i put both together it seems that kernel dont up one of them. For example, if 570 is the GPU0 it work well, if 550 is 0 also works well, but the second card always stays at 300 MHz clock and dont up, keeping an extremely low hashrate.

I'm running under debian buster, kernel 4.19 and amd opencl drivers. The GPU drivers are amdgpu (opensource).

Any tip of what can i do?

The Linux open source drivers are no bueno for mining. You need to install the proprietary AMDGPU PRO drivers with OpenCL as explained in this guide.

For the Polaris RX series you should use 20.50 or lower.

For Debian based distros, AMD only makes the driver available for Ubuntu. On Debian, you will likely need to patch the driver.

If you are not familiar with Linux configuration, it would be easier for you to switch to Ubuntu, since most mining guides are based on Ubuntu.
