Before you start blaming hackers I'd check your network adapter, cables (if any) and the router. If it's wi-fi then try to change the channel and see what happens.

Are you saying it's possible for your internet providers to know that you are mining? I don't think so because most pools have IP address with no crypto or coin name attached to them, enlightened me more if I'm wrong I would love to learn

Absolutely your ISP can see you are mining and so can anyone else that can do packet analysis on your network. If you use SSL your traffic is encrypted but they can still see you are connecting to a mining pool, unless you route through a VPN, then they will know you are connecting to a VPN.

He tried a new miner (it was a hacked one) and this miner install something and connect several times to other ip´s, after a while the internet is blocked by windows, because to much connections. Yup, f*cking DPI analysis from ISP. But there are ways to change your VPN traffic signature to look like a different kind of traffic, like VPN+obfsproxy, for example.
