Code for Remix to create a burn token for BEP20 protocol

Hello people, Someone would have or would know of the code for a contract with the bep20 protocol to be created in remix that allows the burning of tokens in each transaction, and that also, in each transaction, a% is sent to a random holder?
I am looking for information, but there is almost nothing about it.
