lets talk about a manager i have been following for away now.

He is Torra!

i have came to understand that since 2017 Torra https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1115649 has been managing some pretty good project. this led me to be active in most his campaign, the last campaign by him was pretty good and rewarding. presently he just finished another huge project that is currently on CMC which is Unitedcrowd https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/unitedcrowd/. yet to pay hunters but i surely believes he will pay.
lot people have managed bounties but couldn't be able to pay their hunters most of them gives complained and excuse about distributions or cases from CEO, Team. etc.

who knows the biggest coming by him. keep fulling his project and support him as well, we have a very good manager here.

Buddy, why such a post? Everyone knows that its not the bounty manager who pays the token but the project team. If the project team is not willing to pay their bounty hunters then bounty manager cannot do anything. But he could have done one thing. He could have escrowed the bounty tokens . But many project teams dont agree with this. There is no use in blaming the manager for this issue.

He is still a new manager and you can't expect a lot from him. Can you tell me when they will pay your payment? if they have been creating an exact date to pay the hunters but they have not yet paid and united is possible to be the next scam project.

It seems like that the manager was not escrowing the reward for the hunters. we can't also believe with the new manager as well conside his reputation still becomes a big question.

Try to understand in the telegram bounty? Is there an update on distribution because usually nowadays distribution likes to be in phase into 3 parts and it is done once a month.
If there is no update, it will be difficult for you to get the right from the bounty.

How come that this is a Good manager when he did not even received a single merit for His entire career instead the Only merit he received is from His Bounty participant recently that awarded Him 3 whole merit for a Bounty thread?

And am just hearing this name as bm for the first time, maybe because I haven't pay much attention, although I can remember the ideology project, didn't take note of the bm, anyways,  being a good and trusted bm requires hardwork and dedication, and most of all be very observant and selective of the project to promote in other not to promote a scam project, because that can taint his trust rating as well as render hunters a work without pay situation,
Since I have not took part in any of his campaigns I don't have much to say about him, only those who have worked with him can testify.

Whats the purpose of this post by the way? A threat to Torra that anything might happened can be a shame to him? This is the problem being a Bounty manager. Sometimes there are stupid assholes crypto companies who manage to delay the payments due to bear market or to make the bounty payments to bounty hunters in separate downpayments!

looks like in the last few months he doesn't have a bounty program to manage, I think his credibility is not as famous as some of the famous ranked bounty managers in this forum like CryptopreneurBrainboss, Hhampuz, and other legendary rated bounty managers. For projects that have been registered on the exchange but have not yet determined a payment date for bounty participants, there is an indication that the team does not intend to pay.

Let me clarify to you something about this thing mate, first and foremost, bounty managers is not the one who compensate the participants who will partake in the campaign projects that He manage. That's why they always said to their bounty thread section that He's not part of the team and not responsible for the token distribution. This was I saw actually to the most of the bounty campaign managers who manage the projects anyway.

This is good things if there are a Bounty Manager who can manage a bounty well because it is an advantage for bounty hunters.
It would be better if the manager made a thread (if he doesn't have one) that contains all the bounties that are managed and there other members can give a review on how he handles a bounty, so community more aware about him.

I don't have much expectation about him and his service because as far I know he quite rare at handling campaigns and most of the campaigns he managed were just average projects (correct me if I'm wrong), so no wonder if there are some people still unfamiliar with him. Might due to make sure the legitimacy of his client he comes with such result nevertheless it's no doubt that he is one of good campaign managers here, if I remember correctly in the past I've joined his campaign as well and everything went smoothly.

Torra is a professional and experience campaign manager. Recently he successfully managed two good campaigns Ideology and United crowd. Ideology successfully sent rewards to hunters. We hope united crowd will also sent rewards to hunters on time. I am eagerly waiting for new project from him.

He has equally refused to pay bounty hunters after the end of the campaign, though I noticed the team are trying to play fowl games on the participants who participated for UCT project. It's of no doubt that the team is trying to runaway with participant funds which is very unfair.
As managers lets to try reach a better agreements with out clients to make sure our hunters are being paid for their time energy to run their campaigns.
Recently I noticed the team claims the funds is much to be to hunters could you imagine that?

There is a fundamental mistake in the content of the statement in the opening post. You cannot judge a bounty manager by whether the project collects softcap, will be successful or even pays bounty rewards.
The bounty manager can only be held responsible for this if he is running an escrow for the entire bounty, and this almost never happens.
The bounty manager is responsible for the proper functioning of the campaign, i.e. the correct preparation of rules, timely announcements, resolution of complaints, removal of cheaters and, finally, the correct allocation of tokens.
I didn't participate in Torra campaigns, but if he did everything right, that's great. It certainly has nothing to do with whether UnitedCrowd will pay rewards or not.

First, I don't know this bounty manager and I never join any bounty campaign under by him.
Second, it is not the BM who is in charge about the rewards, most of the time, the allocation budget for it always came from
the Dev. owner of the projects not in the BM, it is very seldom that the BM holds the fund unless there is an
escrows.

If the bounty manager is honest, he will not agree to help the suspicious project. Sometimes, unfortunately, the project is so good prepared that it cannot be checked. However, if the bounty manager is good at doing research, most of projects he help, should end up with listing on exchange. It is obvious that bounty hunters will much more prefer to join campaigns launched by manager who chooses good projects. However, we must remember that it does not depend on the bounty manager. It often depends on the market situation or even luck itself.

Now, what really matters is that, bounty managers may not know about the project to be scam or not but what happened is that during their negotiation most project owner may decide to pay but along the line if the manager is sensitive enough to detect about their plans then who would have to notify his community not to work and stop. Just as doing more research about the project is some worth valuable.

Though i never worked with him since then but lets see in the future.
