Warning: ActM / VirtualMining is not giving me my refund after 2 months!

I have applied for a refund and their support just ignores my emails and messages, I have also contacted Ken to no avail.

I also gave them a heads up that I will go public if they do not respond to my emails. That did not work either.
So unfortunately I have had to go public with the hope I get my refund. I was the sixth order in the queue, plus I have 10k+ shares that are stuck in limbo too. I am basically all in on ActM and quite worried at this stage.

Please can someone help me.

The latest excuse is that they lost the coins earmarked for refunds on Gox. You need a crystal ball to figure out why they couldn't refund you before they lost your coins.

One thing after another with these guys.  I'm happy I put my money in Cointerra and not VMC.

Yeah, that's what bugs me too, I asked for a refund in Jan 2014, BEFORE the Gox issue.
