Just at times try to anticipate this coin, but some or other things comes up and at times a positive tweet against Doge by Elon might again just bounce back the doge coin. So ruling out completely will not be a good idea I feel. So will buy on dips though less qty and might sell out in short term with good price.

It's hard to decide if you bought this coin  when it's still on the peak, but you are right there
are still people/holders who believes that Musk will do something to cheer this coin up and hype it again,

but just like what you are saying, Musk is the one who move this coin and until today he's still doing he's stuff,
