I don't think this issue is worth taking seriously. With ETH we have more news in the near future and I think next 7 will see a new growth until the end of the year. Recently we have also seen it fall significantly against ATH, and in my opinion this is a very opportune time to buy more ETH and hold it.

The price is still up and good from the past ATH that it had in 2018. Although its huge difference from this recent ATH makes people think that the current price is low.

I think people who have been in the crypto space for a while by now should know that if your coin can hold from 50% of ATH (which is about where ETH is now) then it is actually a good sign already. Regarding that I also don't know and we need to see developments in the next few days,

I don't think it's easy to reverse the facts that happened easily, especially regarding something that has been carried out for a long time. I agree with your opinion that saying something is easy but realistically it is not and is it possible !!

This post, speculation or prediction was made months ago by May to be precise and it didn't happen, rather the market dumped badly. Making speculations is good as it shows you are following the market but what's more important is taking or making the right decisions, which goes further to mean that, not all predictions should be followed, once you miss a train you might consider leaving it for another, while waiting patiently to get into that desired coin when the price corrects.
Nevertheless, there tends to be different levels of predictions which depends on the coin in question, that is, a prediction might be made about a coin, and it dumps rather than go up, it doesn't mean it won't get there but will do so in the near future, it now depends on the holder and if he is willing to hold long term. if we pull a line from peak price and then down to around $28900 maybe current bullish only correction or temporary recovery and possible to down and make new low. it is if we talk technically , but fundamentally everything strong now and on chain analisys also good number at non exchange wallet. Alot wallet accumulate bitcoin when its price down. $6 K was acceptable but not happen in near time , maybe when altaseason comeback it could realized.

I know it's been over a week since this post was made, but I just wanted to say that the price of Ethereum has started to increase again (recovering), so I'm sure if the price of Ethereum can reach $6k (even though it's already past the week you expected), but I believe if the market continues to increase as it is today, then of course in August the price of Ethereum can definitely reach $6k and now is still the right time for us to invest in Ethereum, because in my opinion the price of Ethereum is still low, so if you take this opportunity to buy Ethereum at this time, then of course if the price of Ethereum can reach $6k in August, then you can already get profit more than 2x.

The advantage ETH has is the massive devs community and the perceived high decentralization.

Absolutely, It'll take some times. We probably don't even know when but it'll definitely hit the required mark once. ETH is taking pause, I believe next will be 6K. Well looking at the way the market is dancing around, it still a long journey for the market to cross the resistance zone of $63k for bitcoin. Bitcoin price affects all cryptocurrency growth, this why altcoins also react when the market looks unfavorable to Bitcoin being the number one cryptocurrency in the world. Ethereum have time to reach the $6k level which I don't think it will be this year looking at the way market is reacting to price of Bitcoin.

The market correction is ruined the entire market and it will take a little bit time for ethereum to reach that price, maybe in the next month or maybe when the ETH 2.0 release.

I think, ETH has a very fast short-term gain in bull market and is anchored when BTC breaks $41k region, but I don't think ETH will hit $6k this August, London hardfork at 4/8 is creating shock very strong for ETH but leaving the gas fee gap, sharding delayed until 2022 could put the market state into taking short profits on it. Anyway, I expect ETH's new ATH in August to be 5k$

As we all aware that eth fork about to start within few days and maybe thats why you may see some up trend on eth network but it Won't stay long. eth is already popular choice even it got supported by people when it was passing bad situation. If you analysis on ether, you can see so many ups and downs already happened in ether platfrom! Even in 2018, ath was $1200 something then it drop at $300 something! $6k target price unreasonable at this moment , we still see selling pressure in this market and technically need some confirmation for bullish market continuity. Eth demand still high based on many project launched in this platform , but market sentiment influence it to drop again.

I don't know how you calculate it and where your predictions come from, but in my opinion you are both wrong.
The mood in the cryptocurrency market is very positive. With information about Amazon and Circle K accepting crypto payments, crypto prices have jumped significantly. In my opinion, this is a continuation of the bull run and not drops in the near future.
Of course, we will have to wait longer for the price of $6k for ETH, but sooner or later it will happen.

It's not possible for eth to reach such price even before the end of the year, probably if there is another bull run this year, thats going to be almost x3 from the current price, in future its possible but no one can predict exactly when it's going to be, the best thing is to stack up as many as possible for the next bull run

Ether rally to $4k about the time this question was asked and for the record, that was the highest ether has ever had in terms of pricing.  This week ether will not hit $6k but it's possible this year if bitcoin become stable and ethereum upgrades become successful!
