windice.io and windice1.io is the same? Or windice1 is clone?

Today for some reason suddenly I googled windice and found two result result in front page which make my attention. The first one is windice.io (the real one) and second one is windice1.io (looks like clone to me and has extra 1 in this domain).

To be honest I don't know is there any relationship between them or not. If this both are real then no problem at all. But if the windice1 is a fake or phasing one then you guys should be aware.

It's confusing. Once I was having same confusion with sportsbet.io too. They also have a mirror site but for a few hours I was thinking it was a phishing site until someone else who I know confirmed me that it's there mirror site.

Maybe the sites need to have a page where they will officially list their mirror URLs to avoid confusions.

There is no more confusion after Yogee made findings about the Windice mirror site which is currently experiencing problems, therefore this is not a phishing site so I am not worried about it, but indeed I am an active user on this forum but at ANN Windice there is no announcement of anything like this or indeed i don't know it so it helps a little to others that windice now has its mirror site.

WinDice have their mirror site since last year. First time I have noticed it in the promotional message (at email) of them. So there is no doubt that it's an official mirror site of WinDice. Can you explain more clearly? It is the first time I've heard of mirror website for a given website. I have never come across similar cases either. I just remember, a website can have many different domain names, but usually, that domain name will lead to the primary domain. It's strange that it goes to another website

A mirror website is usually created for reducing the traffic on the original website. In the case there is any problem with the of the original website, people can access the mirror website as the alternative to the original website.
Note that a mirror website is hosted on a completely different server and has a different URL.

Not would really be that an issue though as long it has been confirmed by the management or by the team then theres nothing to worry about but i cant really blame you on have to those kind of feelings or being

But of course, for those that didn't see that ann, they will be confused if it is another scam site and not a mirror site.

And yes, if you search Roobet, there is one roobetcasino.com. I know the official one is roobet.com.
At the bottom of the roobetcasino.com - it says that they are nonofficial site of roobet.com
I don't know the difference, but better play on the official site to be safe.

The main website of stake is "stake.com" and the rest of the mirror web portals have been announced with a notation on the main website.
