We're still in a bullrun, but yeah It's a good time to buy as majority of alts in the market are having a slight correction. Though I also think some of these alts have already peaked.

Yeah but Sadly . i have no remaining funds as of the moment as my budget for re investing has been spent for personal reason.

As for me, the Bullrun isn't over yet and corrections like this are necessary and normal. Some coins are worth buying these days but if you're waiting for the dip price, I guess we still have to wait for the right time. I am not good in reading price charts. In fact, I already want to buy after seeing that some altcoins are going down. But I asked my friend, it is already good time to buy ? He said not yet. It will goes more down so wait for it. I have a big trust in him actually so I am following what he have said but in me, I want to learn more why he concluded that.
