Free TON launched its own crowdfunding platform for raising funds for the first steps to implement the idea inside the blockchain — TON Seed.

The meaning of the project:

TON Seed is a platform for “quick start” projects within the Free TON ecosystem.
The point of the TON Seed project is to provide initial resources to help startups and businesses. With these funds, the creators will develop the first steps, demonstrate the potential of the project to the Council of Founders of Free TON (Governance) and receive funding from it for the full implementation of their plans.
And community members can influence the development of the network by supporting projects.
At the same time, those who supported the idea with a token, if approved by the Governance, will receive 1.5-2 times more "crystals" than they invested.

How to publish your idea?

TON Seed ideas are supported through TON Crystal tokens.
To publish the initiative and start collecting coins, you need to fill out a short form describing the idea and indicate the target amount (maximum 20 thousand "crystals", or approximately $12,000 at the current exchange rate).
The completed questionnaire undergoes a 3-day moderation, and if the content complies with the platform's rules, the initiative is published on the platform and the fundraising begins.
Initially, each idea in TON Seed is active for 21 days; in the future, when creating an initiative, it will be possible to specify a period at your discretion.

How to support ideas and make money on it?

After receiving further funding, the startup returns the funds to investors.
The funds are returned multiplied by a coefficient to all participants who supported the project at the time of publication on TON Seed.
Those who want to support any initiative need to log in to the platform and top up the TON Crystal wallet built into it. You can support projects on their personal pages within the platform.
One person can throw no more than 400 TON Crystal in one project.
If the initiative failed to raise the target amount in 3 weeks, it is sent to the archive, and all the funds raised will simply be returned to the investors.

  How do the voices you put in projects come back?

TON Seed projects return donations if they become successful.

You choose the donation amount when you donate to the project.

The coefficient by which the amount is multiplied when returning depends on the size of the donation:

if you invest from 5 to 15 TON, then investments will be multiplied by 1.5 times
if you invest from 50 to 150 TON, then the investment will be multiplied by 2 times
if you invest from 150 to 400 TON, then the investment will be multiplied by 2.5 times
When the supported project becomes successful, you will receive 100 TON if initially supported by 50 TON.

How to solve a community problem for 600 TON?

Our community exists and operates in many different time zones. Have you ever felt uncomfortable with it or were you confused with the timing? Most likely - yes:unamused:

@noam_y also got confused in time several times and came up with a way to solve this inconvenience!

It will be a telegram bot that translates any UTC time sent in a group to the local time of any member with a click of the button!
