Reading your title and a brief description, I thought you.offered an insurance against failed ICO --and if this is true, you're not the first to propose this idea, and I don't think any of your predecessor actually managed to seriously run this sector-- but reading your terms and condition, as I screenshotted below, i am rather dubious. Are you actually offering a brokerage service?

The concept is great as token holders of failed projects have the chance to get their money back.
But I believe it is hard also for the token to list in their system to be included in their insurance system.

You have my question right above your post still unanswered. While for the article, although it might add a bit credential and confidence for your project, it actually brings more questions for me. Allow me to give direct snippets from the article:

Startup investment is always a risk, and when it comes to ICO projects, 95% of them go bust. [...]

The project has a thorough selection process:

• Investors must pass KYC (know your customer). Investors from the US are not eligible to enter GIIS;
• Investments must have been no less than 250 euro;
• Projects must have a market capitalization of no less than 1 million euro;
• Projects tokens must be present on at least one exchange;
• Projects must pass the committee’s selection.
• If investors believe all of the criteria are fulfilled, they can submit an application to join the project, it’s totally free.

Your goal is to cover investors from a failed ico, but you require the said ico to be at least on one exchange and has a no less than 1 million euro in capital. If a project managed to be on one exchange --I believe the requirement imply that the exchange is a CEX and not a DEX-- and has 1M euro in capital, it doesn't sounds like a rugpull or an exit-scam.
