Dogecoin has risen not only because people buy it to hodl but it is also traded that is why it has grown in volume of trade and value in price. Apart from Elon musk tweets , I think the community is beginning to build interest with doge and such interest is meaning buying, exchanging or trading it against other coins. Certainly it should be traded, used for transactions of buying and selling which will cause volume and price to rise.

that's true.. Because how can such coin grow everytime when it fluctuate the price if its not traded.. Yes some big investors such elon musk and etc can manipulate the price into the hill but when it plunges it will never grow gradually if its like that such what OP thinking about doge coin. Indeed every crypto currency need to be traded im order for it have a good volume as well wherein everyday in the market because if not it will like become have a none crypto currency situation in my opinion..

I don't think Elon musk will accept dogecoin as a payment option? They already rejected Bitcoin as their payment option. Dogecoin already achieved higher achievements than any other memes coins. This is all because of Elon tweets, and he is a powerful influencer. Traders/investors followed his tweets everywhere, and if Dogecoins hit $1 price, this will be not memes coins anymore.

Thats the thinking of most of the dogecoin lovers. Holding it than just to trade it. Why not divide your holdings like half of your dogecoin will goes into trading and half is for long term hold? Both are ways to earn massive profits.

Like the doge's current price today that can be good to buy and  do some trading and do some holding. As you see, dogecoin has been powerful ever since Elon Musk has been supporting this coin. Look in an optimistic way to earn. Thus considering both suggestion  will be great.

With the current erratic nature of DOGE because of Elon's manipulation of the prices, I have to agree that you should hodl a DOGE since we don't know when will it go up or down and what better thing to do than to have some in hold so whenever a big spike comes, you have something to sell and get a profit.

I'm not sure if this could lead to decides that Tesla accepts Doge because if they want that, the company might be announcing it already but I never heard anything about it.

A lot of people are getting deceives by Elon Musk on investing to DOGE for him to make a lot of profits on it. For me, doge coin is just a meme coin, it was practically just a hype coin and investing on it is a double edge sword, if you know what I mean. They reject bitcoin but before that, they also support with all the conditions they have, dogecoin is also on such a path, Elon Musk has opened a red carpet full of roses to bring it to the highest value possible by choosing it as an alternative to payment, the community is also confused by this opinion, which is better for doge, hold or sell. Doge is as yet a more acceptable crypto compare to many others. It have its worth, not only because Elon tweets about it but Doge can find it's way up to a dollar. It most likely will pass the 1 dollar with a decent edge in couple of months. For now it's more like a bet but Doge will pay off big time. Elon is obviously pumping it.
