most of them panic when selling bitcoins because they haven't made a profit but they have to sell bitcoins for urgent needs.
if there are people who have made a lot of profits, but they still panic when selling bitcoins then they can mention greedy people.

Even the people that are calling that the price might go to 0 knows it will not but are just causing FUD that naive Investors are falling for and selling their cryptos for the same people causing the FUD to Buy up. Think about it, where are the Cryptocurrencies been dumped going to? of cause people are buying them up and those are the ones that understand the market.

Maybe we do have our different point of view, it is their choice to sell to gain and if the price drops they can buy ang sell when it rise. It is their way of trading, not everyone can hold at the very long term but instead at the short period only because some cant deal with their emotions and panic when then price 9f bitcoin and altcoins goes down.

Simple answer , "Because they care about their Money " that is the basic answer for this question because admit it or not we all does panicked in our own ways.

some panicked in Selling while others panicked in Buying , in which both have good and bad effect.

when we panic buying when the price is dumped then it is best but the other way around will not give best result
