Hi there!

I am selling my beachfront surf resort in General Luna, Siargao island, Philippines for 1.200.000 USD or the equivalent in crypto.
Siargao was named best island in the world by the most popular travel magazine, CondeNast (https://www.cntraveler.com/story/guide-to-siargao-island-philippines)

Built in 2019, best reviews in Airbnb on the island, yearly profit pre covid around 140.000 USD.
Awesome oportunity, magnificent land and great business.
Resort has 1486 sqm, 1 villa and 5 rooms, a bar, one pool, a common area and 2 stock/electrical rooms. Plus there's space to build 2 more rooms or 1 villa.

Look into Philippines property ownership...  My wife is from the Philippines, so I can legally own land there (as long as we stay married,we bought a few acres there together).  Foreigners typically can only own a Condo (if not married to a Filipina) from what I am aware of (please double check, as I am not a lawyer).

The price is not terrible, as property there is not too expensive. I just want to make sure people do due diligence before sending any deposit or entering any negotiation.

It looks interesting, but am not willing to part with my BTC at this point, as BTC will appreciate quicker than the tourist industry for the foreseeable future in my opinion.
