Apparently their support system goes ignored. I have used them for a long time but now i keep getting a message "Pending buy, once your verify your credit card information the order will complete", if i click more info it will say pending buy again. I deleted my card and tried to re-add it but I get the "pending buy" message in a box instead.. im stuck on this damn pending buy and they have absolutely no help for this

So it's a common issue but you can buy it again on the next day if it doesn't work right now.

Or switch to other exchanges if you want to buy right away. You can use your credit card on Binance as an alternative.

thanks, but it's been 3 days, i tried to purchase ETH. My money successfully deposited in to my GBP wallet, at this point i was stuck on pending so I withdrew my money back to my bank after over a day of waiting. 3 days later and it's still pending even though I withdrew the 100.. i just cant get passed this.

They dont respond on Facebook and their wall is plastered in scammers, they dont reply on twitter, they closed their reddit forum, they dont reply via their support system because I had a different issue months ago which wasn't replied to. makes me wonder how they still exist without support

As I suggest, avoid using this wallet upon buying crypto, they are very buggy wallets and have a lot of complaints here on the Bitcointalk forum.
It seems they also had poor customer support and you're very lucky once they answered you (but that's rare).

Try to use other exchanges platform that has a quick service of buying cryptos, not this blockchain.com, even though using them as a wallet isn't advisable.

Just try to search here on this board, you will find out there are too many of you who are almost the same problems.

Newbies tend to fall and stuck using them since they appear more in google after searching related queries about buying bitcoin and using crypto wallet. Actually they're one of the worst existing services here in crypto, if there's no money stuck on that account, best way is to find alternatives, p2p in some exchanges like binance is much better, much cheaper and faster than what you could experience using blockchain.com

IIRC, there was a hold period of 5 or 7 days ^{[not sure which one exactly and I could be wrong]} for such things so I'd suggest trying it again in two to four days.

They cannot keep up anymore with the growing number of members, or those who want to buy, but at least they have good support so they can tell their members, what's coming so they can be patient and understand the situation, Binance is a good alternative what other exchanges cannot deliver, Binance can give it to you right away, so why not switch to Binance.

Regard to this issue, you have to wait for at least a day so as to be approved to buy again. Everything is in pending so it is apparent that you can't do anything to make it faster

Personally, I feel that blockchain can't not have a good service like other exchange or wallet providers such as Binance and Coinbase. Gemini is also a good option because it has a high secure app with lot of advance features

Not an ideal place to buy and invest cryptocurrency. Like they said it's a common problem on blockchain.com and their support will just ignore you for days. The alternative ways are much easier since you are using a credit card, p2p transaction should be safer for you like on Binance 2p2.  You would probably take this p2p route for privacy or in case youd just be holding as an investment.

Might as well use Simplex or something similar if you're using your card to buy crypto. While it's more expensive you probably don't have to wait for days just to buy your crypto (at least last time I checked them, they're still running properly). Stop using blockchain.com, it is for your own benefit. The reason why they keep being buggy is because people keep using them so they don't have enough incentive to improve their services.

Blockchain.com system is buggy and you will find many of these errors. Just try to wait a little before you request withdrawal, I do not think that they are scammer to steal your money, but if you do not trust them, do not use them.

Try to delete cache next time and log in.

Now you can not do anything is to wait. The problem will be solved without the intervention of the support team.

The holding period is just three days and according to their support page if you buy cryptos with a credit card your purchase might be subject to this holding period.
Not sure if this is the case, though. Because the holding period shouldn't affect the ability to trade bought coins,  exchange them back to cash or make new deposits. It only restricts the buyer from withdrawing from the exchange to an external wallet.

I do not know if you have already solved your problem, but I just want to give you this advice:

blockchain.com has a big problem in taking a long time to respond to customers and even when people who are in support of blockchain.com respond, they are unable to solve customer problems, I suggest that you do not use blockchain.com anymore, there are options much better and safer. do not risk your money on a website where no longer have credibility


another advice:

www.blockchain.com has another problem, be careful with your 2Fa if it is 2FA per sms because there are times when it doesn't work, it may take days or months for the code to arrive in your cell or it may never arrive and support does not help to solve
