8000$ dollars to invest in crypto ?

I have 8000$ that I want o invest in different coins hoping that one or two will moonshot to 50x-100x in the next 2 years. I have made a short list of coins in which I want to invest. My strategy is based on the market cap, having in mind a market cap of 50 billions dollars that could be reach by any coin in the list in the next 2 years. To be honest, to my shame, I have not researched properly the projects I want to invest in, only some short reviews and discussions on forums and on different websites like https://isthiscoinascam.com/ . So it's mostly a gamble. I'm not putting my retirement money here, so I'm willing to risk it. This is my short list of coins I want to invest in and the potential gain if the coin market booms:

These potentials gains are purely speculation based on the market cap. I would be happy if 2-3 coins out of all of this list would make the these gains. I want to put 615$ in each coin and hold them for about 2-3 years.

This is the rest of the list, in which in do not want necessarily to invest, but if you have any suggestion they are more than welcomed. These are not all based on 50B market cap, ether is based on bitcoin market cap and cardano on ether:

If you think the potentials gains are excessive, is because they mostly are, being estimated purely on the market cap potential not on the value of the project itself. My objective would be to make around 15x in the next 2 years.

What do you think about this strategy and about the short list ? What coins would you include from the rest of the list in the short list ? Is there other coins that you would include ?

If you check the historical prices of different asset classes, it's mostly always going up to the point that if you factor in inflation and all the rise in price caused by the human race and greed, it's almost always going to go up. What would differ is the amount of time it will go from the point now to the point where you reach those 10x, 20x, etc., targets.

If you are willing to risk in those coins, it's your choice. As long as the currency has been around for more than two years, I think it's going to be okay to be bought. Better be ready not to check it for a while and strong hand everything.

I think you need more references if you really want to put your hard earned money on any investment. I know it's not that easy though doing research and it's hard to cite what really are good fundamentals of the cryptocurrency but I think it's worth it if you devote yourself on that.

The gains are all speculation but I think you may be correct on some of them if the alt season goes parabolic again. Well, good luck on where you put your money just manage your risk.

I have to agree that most on the top position moves slower compare to other projects, if you're a risk taker and already knows how this market works, then you can try joining the hype on Meme coin and make an easy money if you're lucky enough buying a hidden gem. $800 is already a great capital to start with, also clarify your terms and goal in cryptomarket, know either to play long or to do short trading.

I'm currently holding Ontology, Decentraland, Polygon, and Solana. I believe these tokens will be 20x their current price in the next 3 years

If your assuming 50x to 100x profits then must put investment to the trusted coins in the market. Not on some alts that showing good potential because mostly cannot succeed. So you better change your point of view.. Educate your self also because it can help when it comes to such situations. Perhaps you will not declare a decisions afterwards if you make a research on your own before investing..

there is no need to share too many crypto, although they will give you higher options. will be allocated to crypto that have their core scope only. and become a long term holder. because for now long-term holders are still taking effective action as long as bear markets hold. and the current conditions you can buy crypto if you can minimize the sharp decline.

I think he/she was just diversifying in a whole new level thing and I think it wasn't too much and besides he/she got a huge money to put into these coins/tokens. I wouldn't recommend that meme coins for sure it's a hype this year but I think this will die later this year too. Not because DOGE the meme king coin was surging up doesn't mean these other meme coins/tokens will do the same, that just some FOMO.

I guess he already mentioned that he want to put this investment until two years and hope he can wait until that timeline he/she just sets.

Energy and transaction efficient coins could take a step more. As I understand NANO is good in this, but there are more, which is leading I do not know.

I have a pretty good idea about bull/bear markets, I do agree with you that we are in a bull market right now and it's going to be a dip soon in the the market. But I think that in the long term , 3-5 years, crypto is a bull market and it will grow even more once the crypto becomes mainstream and gets regulated by the authorities. I thought I was a late comer when Bitcoin was 250 dollars, and I didn't invested then, I'm willing to take the risk now.

1000x will be amazing but is hard to find that one coin that will do this, like shiba did. I also heard about NANO that is more energy efficient and even faster than bitcoin at transaction speed but it has some issues with security and it have never been tested at the bitcoin transaction level.

Yeah, I want to diversify and wait for a moonshot for 2-3 years. It may never happen and loose some of the money, but I dont think I will lose more than half anyway, and is a risk I'm willing to take.

I will also invest in some of the trusted coins in the market like cardano,pollcadot and ether, but the biggest chink in the money will go in altcoins hoping for a moonshot. You are right about studying more about the market, but looking on the market right now and at the complexity of the projects behind is really hard to anticipate how a coin will go even if you read every whitepaper a coin has.

Millionaire would be great, I will be happy even with 150k . I can see BTT going at somewhere around 10x-15x if it will moonshot. Siacoin I think it has a potential of 50x. This is based only on the market cap analysis.

Coins in your list are a great option for earning money in the future, l think 8000$ is enough good for making great money in 2-3 years. But you should invest 50/60% in top altcoins if you don't want to take more risk, that is why top altcoins investment is the safest investment. For me l would prefer 9-10 coins for investing, your list is so long, but it doesn't matter, it is just your opinion. l hope you will earn money from your list in the near future, Good luck.

Your prediction is quite bold. But have you checked the market history? Most of us believe in the 4 year cycle, and we're on the last year right now. Lots of people are predicting that next year and 2 year after that, we'll see a bear market, or a sideway markets. So if you want to take profit, maybe November or December is the best time, at least for now.

But well, if your risk tolerance is that high, maybe you can just buy and forget or DCA all the way until your target is achieved.

$8k is a good investment in cryptocurrency. There are a lot of high potential project in the market, all we have to do is split our capital for the top project that we want to invest. I think 2-3 years there will be another bull run event will happen, and that time we must have filled our bags with the project that we invest today. We must be futurist and find the project that will benefit in the future like pure decentralized, NFT and etc. We must hold it until the next bull run arrive.

$ 4000 BNB
$ 2000 ETH
$ 1000 BTC
$ 1000 ADA

Just benchmark first on topcoins on the marketcap, after getting a profit from there, then start withdrawing profits and switch to smaller altcoins and look for profit from there.

I have a pretty good idea about bull/bear markets, I do agree with you that we are in a bull market right now and it's going to be a dip soon in the the market. But when the market is long-term bearish and sells when the market has rallied or only buy when the market starts to rise.
As a long-term investor, I recommend being aware of the risks. The idea of a market boom and the adoption of cryptocurrencies by governments is nice but unfortunate. It needs to happen instead of in your mind. It is because of such thinking that many investors have lost a lot of money in 2018 and 2019 when the downtrend occurred.

Whatever coins you decide for in the end, I would not invest all at the same time. Spread it out over at least a few months. Nobody knows if we have seen the market top already. If we see another 2018 than your coins might go down 90% or even more within a year.

Apart from that: high marketcap coins have smaller potential gains, but will also lose less in a bear market. The smaller the market cap of a coin, the more similar it is to go to a casino, so it's good to get your expectations right.
