Also, it's difficult to invest in business with crypto online because people can easily runaway with the investor's money.

This is very superficially explained, there is no company name, the name of the hotel you plan to buy or the target amount you want to collect. I looked at the prices of hotels currently on sale in Ibiza, and the lowest prices I see are around 1 million EUR - which means that you need a minimum of 5 million EUR considering that you are buying as many as 5 hotels.

Finding someone to trust a random stranger on a forum is like winning the lottery, and I think people who need that kind of money go to the bank and take out a loan.

So... there is no connect to crypto or blockchain at all with this business proposal? And 7% annual returns ... seems small for potential crypto investors. Even if a crypto investor isn't getting crazy returns on meme tokens, or using 100x leverage, it seems the bar for profit for an interesting project would be higher. Many ways to make decent profit in crypto without taking on too much risk and still easily beat 7% (yield farming, arbitrage, etc.)
