Having issues trying to login Cointiger exchange

Hi all, Greetings
I have been facing some challenges to login my cointiger.com, though is been a while I login and after which today I decided to login and make some trade but tried all I could to login yet not working. I was asked to verify detection of new device to sent to my mail and calm do it but yet not allowing me to login.
I want to know if any of you having same challenge of login issues or what could be the problem?

becareful with this exchange site. There are bunch of people have been depositing their funds on cointiger their funds were not appearing on their account.
Have you contacted the team on thecointiger telegram group? it's not only you but there are so many people are complaining right now. You can try to ask the team through this its telegram group https://t.me/cointiger_en

It's been a while for me too hadn't given a visit to cointiger exchange (due to their reputation).
Anyway, I've tried to log in even reset my password and everything is working although it's kinda tricky to pass the new device detection if we compare it with other platforms.

Here's how the way I passed it:
- Log in to your account as usual and wait for the authorization mail (don't close the tab)
- Go to your mail, click the authorization link
- Back to the first tab and click the "Authorize" button

Hope it helps, if it still didn't work for you then you supposed to contact their support as mentioned by the person above

Maybe it's an issue with your web browser. Have you tried to use different browser to click the authorize link? Did you use tor or something similar? If you don't use anything like that, try to use different device, internet connection, and so on. Make sure to hard refresh just in case there's some corrupt cookies/cache on your browser that prevent the check to be finalized.

No i didn't contact any of them because I was afraid to loose my personal details to anyone, I have several issues with lodging a complaint to team. Therr are some exchange I will join their telegram and complained of the recent developments and I will got series of pm saying "I m technical team from the exchange, what do you say is the problem with your account and could you tell us your email and password to verify" like I will be wondering why team will asked of login details and the rest. So I was very careful and being vigilant of anyone who claims to be admin the next thing I does is to check on their tag at the group to see if they have admin displayed on their names but none so I bag off.

but since Cointiger has already issues , why not stop using this and run towards more appropriate and legit Exchange?

I don't think downloading their mobile apps is necessary in this case, meanwhile if using the mobile apps would remove all of the issues you have and got better experiences on Cointiger then it's good to hear.

Maybe OP wants to trade with certain altcoin which only listed on the exchange, it also the reason why I have an account there. Nevertheless, if OP wants to trade in altcoins which already listed globally then I also would recommend picking an exchange that has a better reputation instead of it.

I've just tried it, it works fine for me, although I haven't been active on this exchange for a long time. I used to trade there and deposit different coins, withdraw BTC, all transactions went through without a problem

Even me too, it had been long I traded on the exchange, the last time I visited the exchange, it was not having problem at all, everything works perfectly and fine, i visited cointiger exchange because I needed to track out the price of bethereum I received long time ago. The only issue I normally encountered is slow loading on trading chart, this takes time to load thereby causing delay of trades for this that read charts before trading.

Yeah it's done

the solution was to download their mobile app and run it over there.
lastly i got notified by someone to try and run the mobile app and test if it would work more better so i followed instructions and i do accordingly.

that is true, sometimes it could be location and network issues so it already working fine and smoothly now. All my deposit and withdrawal went through without delay

Do you tried using VPN on your browser?

Yes!

then you have to disable it and clear your cache and cookies in your browser and trying login again. this will solve your problems if persist try communicating with the support team to rectify the issues. though most at time network could be the issues while trying to login.

I never thought that cointiger is facing this kind of issues now, Have send or file a complaint regarding about the issue you got from
the cointiger exchange? if not, you must inform their first. But if they're not taking any action about your problem issues that's could be a
serious problem I think.

i really having this issues but i finally resolved it after downloading the mobile app and i tried to login and it was connected and started trading back.

You are right, I have been a victim of that I deposited from my trust wallet to my usdt account on cointiger, the deposit went through I track it using bscscan but it never appear on my exchange wallet. I tried contacting the admins but they where all saying I might have deposited into the wrong address.

You are right, I have been a victim of that I deposited from my trust wallet to my usdt account on cointiger, the deposit went through I track it using bscscan but it never appear on my exchange wallet. I tried contacting the admins but they where all saying I might have deposited into the wrong address.

Then you have to report to the scam section or accusation section for other users to be very careful with the exchange.
in the other hand i don't they support BSC token to be transferred to the exchange.
