I understand the kind of frustration and tension one would be in when they start thinking that they have been scammed. Sometimes we have to understand that no system is perfect. Behind those sites are humans who are error-prone or may cause slight delays. How they respond to the issues raised is what separates a quality service from scam.
You might want to change the title of the accusation to avoid leaving the impression that it's a scam, at least according to your experience
