This sounds like a scam. It works like this: someone creates an account for you, or tells you to import an address. If that's the case, you have a watch-only account and don't have access to the funds. If they're asking for 0.051BTC now, you won't get anything if you send them money.

Who created your wallet on Blockchain.com?

I don't get it what is the exact issue with your wallet?

Are you trying to withdraw your BTC from the blockchain wallet to your bank account?
And it's asking for a fee of 0.051BTC to withdraw $485,053.00?

Add more info about your issue it seems that someone is trying to scam you?

Take note withdrawal limit is around $2500 according to this "How can I withdraw USD?"

First of all, double check the URL to be sure it's https://www.blockchain.com and not some phishibg website.

Anyway, do not send anything as no reputable exchange will ask you to make a deposit to let you withdraw your funds. The withdrawal fees are usually deducted from your account balance.

I believe am sure someone is trying to scam you, be cautious!

Did they ask it on their website in your account section or you received any email or something? Can you take a screenshot and post it here.

Above is a screen shot of my blockchain.com
It doesn't show the URL on the screenshot. How did you get half a million dollars in your "blockchain" account? That doesn't happen out of the blue. It sounds like a scam, but I'm not sure how it works yet.

Update: So it's a photo showing an email with a screenshot in it?

The second screen shot shows the url

It's too pixelated op, not enough to confirm if you're in the correct site. Try to take a screenshot in your PC.

What bothers me in your screenshots is both pictures shows different UI, now that can't be right... and you're viewing it in your email account. Did a random stranger reach out to you about this? if so, that further confirms this is a scam.

Is that your account?
Why is it in your google meet inbox?

I just want to put the image here to make it clear.

Look at that there are send, attach, and discard which means all are sent through Google meet. So you don't have access to that account?

Another thing that I noticed is that the dev tool is open on the right side which I think the sender of the image edits the BTC balance and value including the popup box.

I believe that this is a scam be careful.

That's easy to answer:
This sounds like a scam.

If someone tells you to send him $2,000 to get $500,000 in return: it's a scam. It's that simple.
If you even consider anything else, you're the perfect victim for these kind of scams.

Can you just make a screenshot on your desktop not capturing using your phone? and edit/cover the confidential info such your name/email then include the image url here, its too blurry imo.

Did you purchase this 0.049btc/$500k+ on blockchain.com? Or you just import a wallet address as a watch only address, coz seems it is.

Sorry, it's not.
Blockchain.com does not work this way. It's clearly a fake wallet and whoever sent you that screenshot is trying to scam you.

Anyway, here is another suggestion to prove it's fake: from the screenshot, the funds are in btc. So it should be possible to export your wallet private keys and import them into an external wallet. Try to do this instead of withdrawing to your bank account. supposing you can access the wallet in first place

Any idea why it says that 0.049btc is required to make $524,845.02 to be available to your bank account.
Because HTML is quite simple and a scammer who want to display it above the page can easily edit the source code and make his own site.
Here's an example (it's in dark-orange theme BTW):

Your screenshots are inconsistent, one is from the older version and the other is the latest.
Why's "inspect" opened in the other screenshot, accidentally hit F12 instead of PrtScn?
There are 445 errors in the page with "inspect" open.

IDK what you're into but Bitcoin users and even developers have no access to anyone's bitcoins, there's no way to do a "Btc recovery" in a way of granting non-spendable balances.
Whatever the situation is, there absolutely no way that it's legit.
Come to think of it, why would someone gain $500k for sending $2000? Even contest/lottery winners wont be asked for any amount to claim their price.

Never heard of this kind of scam before but it is a pretty tricky one. .051 BTC is a lot of money OP. Now that I look at it further, this scam looks a lot like other typical scams where you win something, it's the method that has changed, be careful OP, I hope that you didn't give in to their demands.

@OP, don't be over-smart. I strongly believe anyone who has $485,053.00 in his own wallet then he doesn't necessarily create a post here to get this answer. Please answer a few questions here so that we can help you quickly to recover your funds.

1. How had you got this BTC in your wallet? Did you make deposits or import addresses provided by someone else?
2. What is URL are you browsing during managing your wallet?
3. Are you showing a screenshot from your wallet or mailbox?
4. Who is asking to send BTC to receive funds in your bank?

If you answer the above questions then we might help you. Otherwise, we can only make guess.
