BTC down ， does the altcoin will keep strong

There are a lot of coins that have remained strong during this short-term bearish market with BTC.

Some of the coins are listed below.

• MATIC
• ADA
• REVAIN
• BAKE
• NANO

And there are many more. It's just that people are hedging their assets, maybe BTC, towards another altcoin. With all the news surrounding the cryptocurrency market, like Elon Musk tweeting their view with BTC that it's an energy-hungry asset that causes environmental impacts. There are a lot of supporter investors that follow blindly what Elon says. I guess that's an impact as well.

I hope they will but can't put into ignoring any possibilities that altcoins will follow if holders will start selling their cryptos. I expect for panic selling as it was very often to see when the market started to dump. But for now, we can still see that market remain calm (it was supposed to happen all the time) despite a marked red show especially for Bitcoin but wondering to see that the market standing still at a high price. Maybe we are able to say that investors and traders had already corrected their mistakes before and they keep themselves believing that this will be done in a short while.

but my question is whether it will last long or only for a short time,

Times have changed, usually what usually happened when the market was painted red starting with Bitcoin, other altcoins followed the red trend but today that's not happening, we seeing a few more coins showing green which could mean they have strong communities or this could imply people are not cashing out but actually holding.

There are few more coins which are in green mode, Matic, XRP and Dego. While BTC has reached at 42.8k$. May be they can be negative, but I think now they will be in positive they will not be negative.

Also have hopes with ADA and i do hold up some coins which had been keeping it for a while and not tending to sell it no matter what.Only in this altcoin i do see

some potential.Its true that Bitcoin is the market maker where trends does depend on what would be the situation like even though there might be some

It should be. Based on the market history, if the btc price value will dump, the alt coins will pump and it happened again on this 2021 bull market. But the thing right now, btc is down as well as alt coins because as they said we are already in bearish market that is why almost all the coins are dump.

Bitcoin drops in price and altcoins follow if Domain BTC.D moves sideways or up. But when Bitcoin drops Domain BTC.D decreases, the chances of altcoins staying strong will be higher.
I learned that while trading in the cryptocurrency market. I think Bitcoin's current drop has a high risk of altcoins falling more because of the Domain BTC index. D has been decreasing continuously for the past several months. As we all know no index goes down forever and Bitcoin has always been king in the crypto world. I believe the cash flow will always find a way back to Bitcoin.

Not all altcoins are affected by bitcoin price down. I agree that bitcoin is the heart of cryptocurrency, but the market/prices of a certain altcoin doesn't circulated by bitcoin down like a few years ago, when the bitcoin price down, some altcoins goes pump hard. So basically, don't base the prices of altcoins on bitcoin price because it's a very different situation on every coin.

This doesn't happen since if bitcoin down, altcoins will also go down. The good thing right now is that, Bitcoin is recovering and the whole market follows that trend even those meme tokens. Altcoins with a real business in this market will always recover but most of those meme tokens are just for short term trend, so make sure that you already secure your profit before it burst, especially when Bitcoin dominates the market again.

I think as long as Ethereum price is high, all of these NFT defi tokens will still gonna hold but I won't consider it as strong. And if you are talking about risk here just expect it already there's no risk-free but instead minimize your risk to avoid losing much.

Anyway if Bitcoin is still holding at the $45k there's still a chance that Eth and other defi project will still be profitable but don't expect a long term profit just take your profit if you have the chance as long as you get your ROI then you are fine.

ADA very bullish because many people actually consider it to replace BSC in the future but yeah no altcoin could sustain to go against the flow of the market at this point where the dip is not some measly amount.

But, exception for pump and dump shitcoins those coins definitely could have any pump or dump moment like literally at any time regardless the condition of the market if the whale behind those coin decide to pump the it's gonna pump
but that's only temporarily, honestly though at the bearish market people should NOT use pairing for crypto against USD, it's better to use pairing against BTC, basically to help you focus on increasing the number of btc owned.
