Some altcoins price moves with BTC price but not all the time. Bitcoin price was showing stability while other alts price was increasing nicely in last few weeks. Although altcoins price dropped significantly beside bitcoin in recent few days and everyone knows the reasons behind it. But you are right, meme coins price won't increase in the same way always and those coins price may drop so quickly within a moment. Manipulation doesn't last forever.
