Basically any coin that's PoS or DPoS is greener than PoW cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin or Ethereum. I'd say the coins mentioned by the OP are as green as you can think of. While such coins are "environmentally-friendly" they're certainly not as secure and reliable as Bitcoin is. PoS and DPoS consensus algorithms are prone to centralization, as "whales" leave the "little guy" out of the system. Mainly, big exchanges are the dominant players on PoS/DPoS cryptocurrencies.

So you'd have to choose whenever you want to experience the "benefits" of low-energy consumption at a cost of reduced security/reliability/decentralization or all the other way around. I'd go for decentralization even if energy consumption is higher. Elon Musk doesn't truly understand what crypto is all about, so he'll continue to "bash" PoW cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum in order to get what he wants. I wouldn't worry about him, as long as the community backs crypto/Blockchain tech every step of the way. Just my opinion
