I also think Elon has already did that. He cannot be holding at least a billion USD worth of Bitcoin while at the same time criticizing it. That is a suicide for him. He must have already sold a lot or all of it before starting to issue statements against Bitcoin. But it is his decision. He is the owner of his Bitcoin. He is absolutely free to do so.

I think Elon is behaving more childish than an average crypto trader.
correct he will not let it that happen while making issues with bitcoin it's definitely a suicide. Lol . And also he might joking and having fun with tesla because of the results after hes testimonials.. Elon's is like a joker character he always having fun with something very important matters especially afterwards he already know he's gonna win the race with those billioners... wherein even some of his fans will become upset because of what he's doing. He doesn't care about criticism also.

Elon has clarify that speculation several hours ago if TESLA hasn't sold any bitcoin. Case closed.
So all this spilled over to Elon Musk because they were the cause of the shitposting? wow
But Elon Musk's direct clarification is not wholly convincing except in a special tweet that the $ 20 drop-in bitcoin was not his doing but indeed market conditions that had come to an end.
Ahhh, so indeed this is full of drama which Elon is still an aspiring artist. LOL Grin

When ever Elon Musk makes fun there will be a huge impact on the market and we have seen that time and again and if he is still holding the Bitcoin he invested through his company then he is having a high risk fun because his company is holding billions of dollars worth of Bitcoin and who knows whether he wanted to trigger a crash and now the market is going down and till now there is no interest from big investors yet and the next couple of days is crucial to know the direction of the market.

well, I also think that Tesla is selling the coins they hold. however, I didn't think about the numbers. it's just that the current decline is really quite impactful. it is certain that many coins were sold so the price decreased to the way it is today. maybe he wrote like that to appease other holders.
It's his strategy to be able to acquire more when the price dips, I doubt if he already sold all his holdings, maybe just a portion of it to get an impact in the market and see what other holders will do. Our only option is to join the FOMO or just relax when the price dips and buy more whatever our decision we must take into consideration that crypto is getting more adoption so holding and acquiring more can still be in our option but we must learn to trade to properly grows it.

This is old news but it's related to the topic now.

Musk Says Tesla Sold Bitcoin to Prove Liquidity as Cash Alternative

Quote
Elon Musk said Tesla Inc. sold 10% of its Bitcoin holdings to demonstrate the token’s liquidity, while adding that he’s retained his personal investment in the cryptocurrency.
It's okay if this is what happens, but if they will sell their bitcoin for good, or have sold it already, then it will eventually affect the market badly especially if they will make an announcement again that they did that or will do that.

Let him sell all his coins and allow the bitcoin market a breathing space the recent decline in the price of bitcoin had shown how massive Elon Musk dumped his bitcoin, however whatever happens bitcoin will surely recover, this is not the first time bitcoin will witness such a rapid dump and consequently regains it bullish sentiment thereafter its a pity that the elites and the rich will continue to have much influence and manipulate the price of bitcoin having invested massively in it, how I wish this tide ends once and for-all which quite unlikely,

Despite their statement of declaration that Tesla will not sell their coins held, I speculate that they might have sold it days later. Elon appears to be behaving similar to the average cryptocoin trader in the forum after dumping hehehe.

Also, why would Elon continue to risk $1 billion of shareholder’s money by destroying Tesla’s own investment in bitcoin? Tesla might not be holding bitcoin anymore!

I don't think that this is the case.

It is highly unlikely that Musk would risk a potential case with the SEC in terms of market manipulation just to earn a few hundred million bucks by cashing out before notifying the rest of the market is informed.

But I do believe that inevitably, TSLA's bitcoin position will be unwound. They do not seem to be in the BTC business for the long run at all. Musk is more of a circus show that is currently playing to the beat of the speculative mania.

Quick update: Tesla hasn't sold any Bitcoin(probably besides the 10% previously). At least, for now.

Thankfully Elon has stopped Tweeting about Bitcoin for now.

I really doubt that he has sold after he stated that he didn't, got caught lying would be quite bad for his reputation, though it wouldn't be the first time (remember that incident with divers?). However, Tesla might sell in the near future, Elon is a few troll tweets from Bitcoiners away from snapping and actually doing it. In his recent tweets he showed that he thinks that working on PayPal makes his an expert on crypto, just because both are payment systems, lol.

Who knows right? But those presumptions neither be true or not but no one can precisely point out if they had sold it out or still holding until this very moment.

Even if t hey do decide to sell it out then its none of our business since its their money and if they do saw that they are already in profits then why not?
Just like on typical investors where we are free on when to get in and get out of this market but seems people do really love to make some issue.

His ultimate goal is money making. As a part of that he does whatever is required. We can't find precisely what he's thinking. From what I understood he had sold a big portion and will make a buy back at specific price point. He had contributed big in the recent price increase reaching the ATH. Now he's standing as a reason for the crash. This means it is purely money making and nothing else to destroy the network. He's creative for conventional energy and soon I expect him to say "Bitcoin isn't energy efficient" to crash the market hard.

They are businessman and this is only business to them, we shouldn't expect that they will put strings on it. I'm sure they alreadh secure their profit and want to buy at cheap thats why we see elon fudding so much to manipulate the market. I believe once tesla will acquire bitcoin again they will start their hype to pump this again.

Tesla bought its $1.5b worth of Bitcoin in December.

Maybe he just wants to buy more at the same price.

@JimboToronto. If Tesla has not sold, another speculation for Elon’s behavior is to improve the company’s chances in their application for entry in the renewable fuel credit market. Tesla has never been a very profitable as an automaker and has been depending on government subsidies.

https://www.reuters.com/business/sustainable-business/exclusive-tesla-seeks-entry-into-us-renewable-fuel-credit-market-sources-2021-05-12/

what is done as a businessman like @elonmusk is clearly the main objective is to seek profit in any way that can be done. If the government program is profitable, of course he will change the situation to pursue and get his subsidies, because it is clear that the next step will be profitable for him .

We cannot blame an @elonmusk from his side as a businessman, so he is clearly required to be able to contribute to the company under his control. all would do so too, as long as it was clearly profitable.

but sometimes what is said still affects the crypto market, but not everything that is said is the truth. because so far it has been assumed that what is being said will have an impact, so many people follow, in the end, this thing continues and will not end, even though behind it all there is the main goal is to benefit yourself.

There is a problem with this kind of behavior and it's that people can do it only once. There is no coming back for Elon, he is now known as a malicious market manipulator. Sooner or later bitcoin price is going to go back up again while DOGE will go back down to below 1 satoshi. By then even if he crawls back kissing bitcoin's ass he will be ignored.

I wouldn't agree that this can only be done once, so a man has more than 54 million followers on Twitter who don't mind what he does - they just adore him and are starting to look more like a weird religious community that will do anything for his dear leader. He did it in the past with his shares, he paid some kind of fine, but that didn't stop him from doing even worse things when it comes to cryptocurrencies - I wonder why the SEC isn't reacting now, because if this isn't more than obvious manipulation of the crypto market, then I don't know what else should happen.

Quick update: Tesla hasn't sold any Bitcoin(probably besides the 10% previously). At least, for now.

Elon has clarify that speculation several hours ago if TESLA hasn't sold any bitcoin. Case closed.

Why should anyone believe what EM says? The man is more than obviously a manipulator, a liar and he definitely has a much more serious disorder than what he admitted. What is completely clear at this point is the fact that a person like him just wants to earn as much as possible, even at the cost of completely destroying Bitcoin or some other coin. This of course will not work for him, but he has shown very bad intentions towards the crypto community - I would simply call him “persona non grata” and close the door - let him be in the same basket as CW Faketoshi.

I have talked about how that is not really possible. By the SEC rules he tweeted about "tesla will not be selling bitcoins" already, that is what he did, and if they sold already and we find out about it on the report? That is going to be a huge problem for them a huge headache to have for sure. Which is why I doubt they would.

Do you know how dangerous it is to actually do something you tweet about not doing? This dude made a joke about "maybe we should buy all the tesla stocks back at $420 lol" for 4/20 day but that was a period when he was in talks with some arabic king or someone and people assumed he got a ton of money and the price went up super high, SEC punished him, literally personally, so much that he had to sell off some stock of his own company to pay that. So there is no way he would joke about it again and make that same mistake.

It’s possible he sold his personal stash of coins as he’s mentioned that he holds Bitcoin personally separate from Tesla. Maybe he used Tesla’s purchase as a pump so he could personally dump and make a killing. It looks like he’s lining himself up to do something similar only on a larger scale with Dogecoin. It appears our friend Elon has decided to use his influence and crypto markets to play around and make billions. Must be nice…

Quick update: Tesla hasn't sold any Bitcoin(probably besides the 10% previously). At least, for now.

Thankfully Elon has stopped Tweeting about Bitcoin for now.

Can we really trust up things in a single sentence? We cant prove out that they havent sold out yet aside with that 10% profit taking which they had announced recently.

Why people are really that depending or circling around on what Elon would say? Sold or not then its not our control because as a businessman then its normal

that you would really be always considering on how to make profits and selling on the coins they had bought would be included on the list.

I think for something big like that, especially bitcoin address which can traced, they might be not sell their coins yet but want to buy more. But that is only my personal opinion. Because usually if a big amount of coins deposited or moved to exchanges, there will be a news and no big news yet (or me who don't know yet) but not see any article about it.
So it means that Elon Musk is trying to fool us and those tweets are fake? And by simply doing that it causes panic, then he will take the chance to buy at a low price? Manipulation is what you mean?

Maybe you are right as there is no proof that Elon Musk sells his Bitcoin but just only a talk and rumor. It is neither you are right but it still affects badly on the minds of the people and now starting to talk negatively instead of pulling up the market back at high again.
