bc.game are just scam bags , blocking support chat

and my withdarwal is not under security check coz vip manager told me it has been processed ETH node problem in their website since 48 hoours


am asking to give them System Notice of ETH withdarwals not workign for 48 hours

they never do it coz


People having money in Vault wouldnt know if they have emergency during this covid time


if some 1 wants money sudden bc.game just say problem with their nodes and wait few days


its better people in ur Vault pro move ur funds to other exchange bc.game is not safe ..


i lost my relative life because i cant take my money on time withdarwals yesterday he dead coz  i cant pay hospital bill and bc.game simply says they cant do anything about it just computer responds


its been 40 hours since i requested them to put System Notice ETH withdarwal issue , which they never did yet hope some life gets saved of that notice ,

i could have changed ETH To something then withdarw


but they r telling me i couldnt even withdarw ETH coz its processed from our and wait for our node to fix


they said 24 hours and its been 48 hours and i lost person life  because of this


should bc.game responsible of death of person coz we cant withdarw funds from wallet on time , how secured with bc.game i would request everyone to take funds and move to other wallet

If you are 100% sure that it is a scam then move or create another thread in the scam section follow the right format when posting on that section like deposit amount, a screenshot of your locked earnings, and screenshots of the conversation, so far what you have posted are spam and speculation until you can provide all the details of your allegations.

Sorry to hear about your Loss mate and yeah it is very Sadden  but let's not Put our personal into something that they are trying to explain.
Technicalities sometimes Happen mate and we can't just Jump into conclusion that they are scamming you.
Waiting for 24 hrs as they promise and then another 24 hours as they did not accomplished the promised also is not a scam .
They might be having failure in their system but of course you must be alsa aware of possible scamming.
lets wait for their response here or at least another 48 hours before pushing into another level.
But again Sorry for your Relative mate , Hope She will find rest and peace now.

And assuming you're a VIP from the second paragraph, you wouldn't want to risk your account standing after wagering so much on the site. Remember, your funds are with them so trashing them won't improve things.

First of all really sorry about your loss. Hope God will give you immense strength to fight back and have good mental health.
If the site has done anything wrong then i am sure all the members of the forum will support you.
Just make sure you show us the right and necessary proofs.

One more suggestion to OP, don’t invest your life savings in gambling or in online assets . That amount can be required by any time so atleast save something for issues related like this. If you had done this then might be today your loved one had been with you.

The funds could've been a huge help to your relative but blaming the site for someone's death is probably way too far since their support and vip manager doesn't have the power to quickly fix the problem. Who knows maybe their technical team isn't around during the weekends that's why it's taking so long to get fixed.

the OP may be emotional right now because he lost someone. but there are other ways to get the funds needed for that situation, as he can tell that he has the money but would take at least couple of days to get it out. imo, it should not be the only option. though we don't know the situation he was in.
but you're right, if he will continue to press the live support who has nothing to do with technical issues, he will indeed be blocked. but hopefully, he can get his money out and will be a lesson for him. maybe, try other reputable sites where he can rely his withdrawal tx at anytime of the day.

I don't think that the website has to take it that far and make the problem personal when this could be easily resolved on their side. I think that OP has to wait for the support and make sure that you press on them regularly so as to prioritize your issue.

It has been a day since the post so I would probably give it some time before labeling it as a scam. If OP can do it, try to go to the Scam Accusations board of this forum and write an OP there with screenshots of proof that will support your claim that they are a scam website.

It's really hurting when reading thread like this that says Life should had been saved if the funds was been released and I hate it badly.

i know that in some instance technicalities comes hinder but with this having life involved? i can't see nothing to blame but the company.

That's pretty disturbing but you are right that sometimes there will be some technicalities that is going to make this kind of problem happen. I checked about 3 pages of Games and Rounds and I don't see it or I just missed it.

There was no intention to scam you of your much needed money but they probably failed to deliver their service. I was wondering why there was no notice prior to your withdrawal. Did they not know of the problem before?

Sometimes if we are being rude in talking in chat then Admin will surely banned us because you can drop PM's for formality and not bugging the who chatroom.

But in this case, the site is guilty that's why they banned you and not wanted to let you take your money and that's the sad reality here.
