Thanks for the responses guys. I ended up just doing a batch order from Alibaba--never ordered from them before so will see how it goes.
I looked on DigiKey, Mouser, and Newark but couldn't find anything. Here is the only site I located them on, but they are only 4-wire:

I am sure this is not the only cable they could have designed around. If you ask me, I think Canaan probably deliberately chose a cable that is difficult to source so they could have a nice income stream on additional cables, but I don't blame them.
I'll look into the CD audio adapter cable if we need some back ups.
