BlockFi's Trading platform and inaccurate information about no fee's.

Blockfi claims here there is no trade fee's.
Blockfi will adjust the market rate 1%  1 click before you actually exchange anything. explained here
"BlockFi displays a price we are willing to buy or sell at, taking on the primary risk of price fluctuations, generally for 60 seconds."
This is false as well, the price is always 1% above or below, buy or sell during execution.
